I wish there was a way to give this higher than 5 stars! This is by far one of the most wonderful serums I have ever used, hands down! I had dry skin but also problems with clogged pores deep in the hair follicles on my face. It really bothered me as when I applied foundation it always looked cakey, bumpy and not smooth. I have tried countless serums, exfoliates, masks, creams, acid tonics, powered face scrubbers and even a face vacuum. Nothing helped! I really didn't expect too much from this but I know that Korean beauty products are a step ahead. I took the large q tip provided and dipped it in the serum. It did not smell offensive or chemically. I applied liberally and massaged it over my face paying attention to the problem areas. It literally melted the dry skin and sebum trapped in the pores like butter! I kept massaging until I was content. This honestly did what no other, way more expensive and technical products could do. There was no stinging or redness and my skin was so soft and smooth afterwards! I am amazed how well this worked and this has saved me a lot of money as my next step was a trip to a dermatologist! I don't know what it does for you, tightening pores??NO. I Bought 3 boxes when it was on amazon prime sale. Didn't work for using 2 boxes and I ended up giving 1 box to my friend.

I have super sensitive skin and, unfortunately, these swabs were a little too harsh for me. They left my skin feeling dried out and itchy, with a little bit of redness and inflammation (probably just from dry patches). I don't think there is anything wrong with these toner swabs, I just think that they aren't right for me. I didn't use them again after the first time and my skin cleared right up, so they did not doing any lasting harm.

I was impressed both by the size of the individual sachets and how gentle the formula is! I expected the liquid exfoliant to sting or burn, but it did neither. I did two passes over my skin and it felt fine. As for the product size, there wax enough liquid in one sachet to go over my entire face and neck twice, go over my bum, and still have product left over. I'll need to figure out how to use all of the liquid next time. This is a great mild exfoliant and I'm happy I found it! I'll continue using it and I would order it again.
