This is the only rice we buy for our annual Paella family dinner. It is so good. A full bag is what we use and the short grain nature is what Paella is all about. So tender, so absorptive, sooo goood! Won’t look anywhere else for Paella rice!

An excellent kilo bag of paella rice for a very fair price. I have purchased this many times to cook a large chicken and seafood paella for about two dozen guests at the place where we stay in Cape Cod. Everyone loves it, a party in a pan and a crowd-pleaser twice a year.

This rice retains structure while it absorbs flavor. I also use it for arroz con pollo. It is not creamy like arborio and should not be for these Spanish dishes.
