Magnesium
Everyone seems to be touting magnesium. I have used these caplets for years and they seem to be getting scarce in my local stores. I purchase a three pack every month. I do share a bottle with a friend who needs a magnesium supplement and also suffers from back pain. I suffer from body and back pain and have for a very long time. I have found that with regular use, my back pain has gone down 50% because of the magnesium. Please check with your doctor to make sure that your magnesium levels are not high, they most likely are not, you may benefit from a magnesium supplement. These tablets are how I, personally get a magnesium supplement to help me with my pain. I swear by them and I will not go without them.

Instant pain relief!!!
I had someone a while back give me this product because I had a very bad toothache & I was surprised how fast the relief came. When I read what it helps...I immediately started to buy this verses several pain meds. The relief again is instant & (for me) it relaxes you so you can get sum sleep so I take mines at night(2 pills). But if I need sum relief in the morning, I can take a half & still get the same results. So glad I was told about this product & the fact I can buy two boxes for the price of one in the stores is a huge plus....

Best thing on the market for pain.
When walking a lot my back (mostly right side) hurts so bad I can barely walk. Accidentally found this while vacationing on Catalina Island in a small drug store. I couldn’t believe how fast it took away the pain with no side effects. When I got back home I went to Amazon and immediately ordered more. Gave some to my son n law for his back and my husband for his shoulder. They both agree with me, it’s the best thing on the market for any type of pain.

Not what I hoped
These really didn’t help my back but in all fairness, I have been known to take narcotics when it gets bad. Might be useful for back soreness.
