LED Face Mask Comfortable and Easy to Use
I have been using the Shark CryoGlow LED Face Mask with Under-Eye Cooling as part of my regular skincare routine, and overall, it has been a positive experience. The mask combines blue and infrared light therapy, which are commonly used for addressing blemishes and supporting skin appearance. The under-eye cooling feature stands out, providing a soothing sensation that can be especially helpful after long days or when dealing with puffiness. In terms of design, the mask is lightweight and relatively comfortable to wear during sessions. The USB-C charging and included remote control make it convenient to operate and adjust settings without interrupting use. The storage bag is also a practical addition for keeping everything organized. Results may vary depending on individual skin types and consistency of use, but after regular sessions, my skin feels more refreshed and looks more even. Overall, this is a functional and easy-to-use skincare device that offers a combination of light therapy and cooling features for at-home use.

Great Cooling Feature for Puffiness โ Will Repurchase
Love this mask! This LED face mask was great overall, especially the cooling/cryo function. It felt amazing on the skin and noticeably helped reduce puffiness, particularly under my eyes. That feature alone makes this mask stand out from others Iโve tried. I ultimately returned itโnot because of performanceโbut because I decided to invest in a more expensive, FDA-cleared mask instead. That said, this one absolutely did what it claimed, and I was impressed with the results for the price point. I fully plan on repurchasing the Shark mask as a secondary option because the cooling feature is that good. If youโre looking for an effective LED mask with a standout cooling benefit, this is a solid choice.

I love this mask!
I bought this mask after using the Renuvalight mask bought online and finding it lacking (awkward strap and the whole mask directly touched the face). The Shark solved all my problems! The over the head strap is extremely comfortable and it makes me want to use it each night. The mask is held away from the skin allowing the lights to work effectively. The main point of contact is two metal cooling pads at your lower eye/upper cheek area. You can adjust the intensity of the cooling or turn it off entirely. I enjoy it and find it to be relaxing. It lasts 3-4 uses before needing to be charged again. I am 46 and have the joy of treating both aging and acne and so far I have enjoyed the โacne clearingโ setting. I have had about 40 uses so far and I think I have been seeing less pimples and overall smoother brighter skin. Highly recommend!

Love wearing it, doesnโt bother my claustrophobia! Great for my rosacea.
Spa treatment at home. I use the anti aging and though I have just started this last week it helps my eye bags in the morning and calms my red rosacea. I love wearing it. It is light, covers the whole face and is quiet with its soft fan. There are a lot of mask options out there and I definitely made the right choice. I also like that the remote is attached as I tend to lose them. It has a timer so I donโt have to worry about that and the cool eye pads feel great!! I am claustrophobic and I have no problem in this mask. It has wide openings for eyes, nose and mouth and breathing is no problem. I sort and relax or I walk around and get things done. Itโs work. I love it!!! Canโt wait to see the results in a few months.

Very good mask with a few notable flaws
Iโve been using the mask daily for the last 3 months (using the acne program), and I really do like it. I donโt think I started to see results until relatively recently, but lately, I've noticed that the overall quality of my skin is better. Has it helped my acne? Unfortunately, no, I don't think it has, but I do definitely notice an improvement in my skin in general. The mask is very comfortable, and frankly, Iโve come to really enjoy the 8 minute routine as it makes me sit down and relax for a few minutes. I should note that it is entirely possible to walk around with the mask on without any issuesโI just choose not to. There are a few things that I donโt love about the mask. First, the battery life is not the best. I can do 3-4 cycles before it needs to be recharged, which takes a few hours. That's not awful, but it would be nice if the battery were able to last a few more rounds before needing to be charged up. Second, and this might be different for other people with differently shaped faces, but the mask really doesnโt hit my jawline at all. I wish it came further down so that it covered the jawline. Lastly, while I do really enjoy the cooling eye pads, I wish they were interchangeable with normal mask lights. I like the eye pads, but my under eyes could really use the red light, and I wish I could do both. I obviously knew this wasnโt going to be possible when I bought it, and I bought it anyway, but Iโm hoping Shark makes a second version with some improvements, that being one of them. Overall, if they could make some improvements to the battery life, the length of the mask (to cover the jawline), and to somehow incorporate red light in the under-eye area, it would be my perfect mask. Overall, though, I like the mask, and I do think itโs helping my skin quality overall.

Spa-level results at homeโunique cooling feature actually makes this one stand out
Iโve tried a handful of skincare devices over the years, and most end up collecting dust after the novelty wears off. This is one of the few that actually earned a permanent place in my routine. First impressions & design: This definitely looks like a high-end device right out of the box. The build feels thoughtfulโmore like wearable tech than a gimmicky beauty gadget. The mask has a secure, adjustable fit and comes with a separate controller that makes it easy to switch between treatments without guesswork. What makes this different: The biggest differentiator here is the combination of LED therapy and under-eye cooling. Most masks only focus on light therapy, but this adds a cryotherapy-style element that you can actually feel working. The cooling pads are especially nice after a long dayโthey noticeably reduce puffiness and make the whole experience feel more like a treatment than a chore. Performance (after consistent use): Like most LED devices, this isnโt instant-gratification skincareโit rewards consistency. After a few weeks of regular use, I started noticing: โข Smoother overall skin texture โข Less redness and fewer breakouts โข A more โevenโ look to my complexion This aligns with how LED therapy worksโred and infrared light help support collagen and skin repair, while blue light targets acne-causing bacteria. The treatment modes are well thought out (anti-aging, acne, maintenance, and under-eye), and the sessions are short enough (around 4โ15 minutes) that itโs easy to stay consistent. Ease of use: This is one of the most user-friendly devices Iโve tried. The preset routines take out the guesswork, and the controller/timer setup makes it feel very โplug-and-play.โ I also appreciate that you donโt need an appโjust put it on and go. Comfort & practicality: Itโs comfortable enough to wear through a full session, though it is a bit bulky compared to simpler LED masks. That said, the structure helps it stay in place better than softer silicone versions. Real-world perspective: This isnโt a replacement for professional treatments, but it does feel like a legitimate at-home extension of that kind of care. With consistent use, the improvements are noticeable and build over time rather than fading. A couple of minor drawbacks: โข Slightly bulky, so not travel-friendly โข Cooling feature adds a faint noise (worth it, in my opinion) โข Requires consistency to see results (not a quick fix) Bottom line: There are a lot of LED masks out there, but this one stands out because it actually combines multiple technologies in a way that feels intentionalโnot gimmicky. The addition of under-eye cooling alone makes it feel more premium and more effective than standard options. If youโre serious about at-home skincare devices and want something youโll actually stick with, this is a strong investment.

It works for me
We have enjoyed the different treatments that this mask gives. I have used the complexion treatment to help reduce my rosacea and it has made a noticeable difference after the first week. We purchased the Shark brand because we were familiar with the brand and have had good results with some of their other products. It is comfortable to use a can give about 4-5 treatments per charge.

Great mask, wish the cryo pads were completely removable.
I've been using the Dermabeam pro for 3 years, but decided it was time to upgrade to a more powerful mask. After comparing the Shark Cryoglow with the iRestore and dr. Dennis Gross mask, I went with this one. It is really comfortable once its on. Its not as heavy as you would expect. The remote is super high-tech. The remote has an LED screen that allows you to select your treatment (better aging, acne treatment, or skin maintenance) and allows you to turn off the cryo pads under the eyes or turn them up in intensity. The remote also keeps track of your treatments and displays the countdown time once you start. As with most LED masks, the eye protection component is not perfect. The light does leak out a bit into the eye area, which can be unpleasantly bright. But since the treatment with this mask is only 6 minutes, I just lay down with my eyes closed for the duration. Its leaves a bit of an "afterglow" in my vision for a bit afterwards. Everything looks green-tinged for about 5 minutes, similar to if you were laying in the sun with your eyes closed. My old LED mask did the same thing even though that one had goggles attached. I think its just to be expected and is listed as a risk factor on the warnings with this mask. which is why I never use them with my eyes open. I dont like the cryo component. It kind of burns and feels like holding ice on your skin, even on the loe setting. My skin puffs up in response to it, so I just turn it off, they are still quite cold even with the setting off since they are little metal inserts under the eye of the mask that are not removeable. Overall, I think it's a good competitor to the other masks on the market in similar price points. Im glad I got it, but I do wish they made a model that did not have the stupid cryo setting under the eye, as there is also no LEDs in that spot, and a lot of people want to target crows feet in this area.
