Yes. It is the small kind. 1.5 I think. It will disable speakerphone. It supports Bluetooth headsets. This is what I use.

can this be used outside US?

Contact Panasonic customer service for guidance. A power converter will be required in 200v countries like Europe. There are different plug types as well.
