Great supplement
I am very happy with this product! I wanted to follow Dr Davis’s guidelines and these make that easy! I had to take 15 tablets of another brand to get the numbers he suggests. That’s not fun! These are small and easy to swallow! I am very pleased!

Good stuff
Love that it's high powered so I can give my kids one a day and they're still getting a very good dose even though it's less than directed. No burps. No after taste. Good brain power

Omega 3
Omega 3, great supplement! No bad taste, size is a little on the big size and has a little tail at the end. Cute but kinda weird.

Highest EPA & DHA in just 2 capsules.
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I researched so many fish oils after watching a video of Dr William Davis, cardiologist, and author of Supergut ond Wheatbelly. My bloodwork came back awful and I wanted to make improvements naturally. He suggests a protocol, one of which includes Omega 3 from fish oil, you need a total of 3600mgs of combined EPA and DHA within the fish oil, not 3600mgs of total fish oil, which is different. When you break it down that way it's much harder to find a product that delivers. Before I found this one, I purchased a "Triple Strength" fish oil, but needed to consume 12 large capsules to get the required EPA & DHA. With MOMS you only need 2 capsules and you actually get 4200 mgs of EPA & DHA out of a total of 6000mgs of fish oil. The 75 servings will take you two and a half months for the equivalent price of other products lasting just one month and not delivering enough EPA & DHA. The other reason this seems superior to me is the fish used. Most other brands use sardines, Herring, Anchovy or Pollock, which is also in MOMS, but the first fish listed and therefore the highest percentage, is Wild Salmon. I have never seen salmon used in other fish oils at this price point, also crucial is it's wild and not farmed. In terms of ingredients, therapeutic levels and price point you can't beat this. Other reviews like the lack of fish burps and overall ease of consumption. Seems like a no brainer to me, MOMS stands head and shoulders above it's competitors.

Inaccurate dosing
I’m very disappointed with this fish oil. When I opened the bottle, multiple capsules were stuck together, which is usually a sign they’ve been exposed to heat at some point (poor storage or shipping conditions). That alone raises concerns about product quality and oxidation. On top of that, the capsules are extremely small—far too small to realistically contain the advertised 6000 mg serving. To double-check, I weighed two capsules myself and they came out to about 2 grams total, which doesn’t align with the label claims. Between the heat damage and questionable dosing accuracy, I don’t trust the quality or potency of this product. I will not purchase again.

If I could trust claims, it’d be 5 stars
Switched to this from a different brand because I don’t like huge pills. They always feel stuck in my gullet for a few minutes. These from MOM (cute marketing) are very concentrated in a smaller gel cap as you can see from pictures. Each capsule of my old brand has less than half of omega 3 fatty acids compared with these (1135 mg vs 3000 mg). This brand also has a higher DHA content compared with EPA, which is what is recommended for brain and eye health support (each cap 260:780 mg vs these 1200:900 mg). If it matters to you, these contain gelatine made from cows compared with my old brand that uses gelatine derived from fish. The big BUT is that very few supplements can be trusted to contain what they claim. You will need to take their word for the “third party testing” supposedly used but results of which are not published, to verify the content purity and accuracy of claims. Some brands use USP or NSF certification which is more reassuring. I’ve seen very few brands offer this reassurance however, so to be pragmatic, I’m taking these for now. Reasons I chose this over other options: 1. Very concentrated Omega 3 in a smaller easier to swallow gel cap. (The fish tail shape didn’t bother my throat at all). 2. Higher DHA to EPA ratio for my purpose to support brain and eye health. If you’re looking for mood support, the reverse ratio of higher EPA to DHA has shown benefits. 3. Price point. This is more budget friendly compared with other brands that also do not have USP or NSF certification.
