## Description

As one of our most recent additions to our Roosebeck Mountain Dulcimer line, this Grace model has many great features! Its vaulted fret board makes it lighter and as a result there is more soundboard vibration and excellent sound quality. It has an hour glass shape and its body, neck, nut, bridge and fret board are solid sheesham. Its end peg has a silver color and is shaped like a crown. The soundboard is spruce and has a charming sheesham skirt design on both ends, as well as 4 knotwork openings. This model also features 4 mechanical geared right angle tuners with a 14:1 ratio and has 4 strings, including 2 melody strings, 1 middle string and 1 bass drone string. Many tunings will work, but we recommend the traditional DAD method to make it easy to pick up and play. The following accessories are included with item: pick, noter, draw string bag and owner's guide.Important Specifications:Neck at Nut: 1.25 inches in widthNeck at Body Joint: 1.25 inches in widthNut: 1.25 inches in width, made from sheeshamScale Length: 25.5 inches4 tuning pegs/levers18 Metal Frets (Including the 6 1/2 and 13 1/2 Frets)

Review: Beautiful Economy Dulcimer - I purchased this dulcimer knowing that it's one of the more economical lines out there. The quality is very nice. They say it comes pre-tuned but be aware that you're always going to have some loosening in shipment and you will need to retune it when it arrives. But it was very easy to tune and now that it's not being jostled around and shipping it's holding the tune extremely well. It has a beautiful sound. I love the Celtic knot work for the sound holes! It's absolutely perfect considering I'm Scot-Irish in background. I definitely would recommend this to anyone who is looking to learn how to play the dulcimer and wants to get a nice instrument to start with but not too much until you know that you can play it. Also for someone who really wants something that has a nicer sound as well as being economical.
Review: Very Satisfied - Great value for the price. I've wanted my own dulcimer since I was a child and this brings back memories. Took no time to tune with a mobile app. I did remove the extra melody string, it conveniently had the notches for just one. Love the sound of this instrument, and how easy it is to play. No complaints here.

I wanted to learn to play the dulcimer, but didn't want to spend a fortune. This is a great instrument for a great price. Super easy to learn how to play, it's the easiest of the stringed instruments to learn. I was playing songs in no time. You can't go wrong with this dulcimer.
