Great high stim product

The taste of this was really good. The energy level gave me was beyond I was expecting.. my focus helped me with my workouts. Little to none jitters.. Very tasty ingredients!

I am someone who works out regularly and I rely on various supplements to help with my fitness goals. One thing that is necessary for me is a good pre-workout. I cannot get through a good session without taking one. I’ve tried countless brands and varieties over the years, but I continue to search For a great one. When I came across this one, I liked all of the claims it made as well as the breakdown of ingredients, so I went ahead and placed an order for it. After it arrived, it took a while for me to start taking it because I was already working on a different brand, But about a month ago I started taking this one. Overall, I like it. It’s pretty standard as far as pre-workouts go. Usually kicks in about 20 minutes after taking it and lasts me about 1.5 to 2 hours or so. I like the flavor. It’s not great, but I’ve had a lot worse. It definitely has a chemical taste, but most of these do. It did leave a little bit of residue in the glass so I had to switch more water in it to get the rest out, but it wasn’t a big deal. I felt that it was a clean burst of energy and there was no sudden crash afterwards, which I also appreciate. It did not cause my heart to race or get jitters in anyway whatsoever, which was also a bonus. I think the price point is fair, but there are probably some others in the same range that may be do a better job. But still, I’m pretty pleased with this and I definitely can recommend it. I do have a high tolerance to pre-workout powder so maybe somebody else will get a better result than I did. But again, I thought it was quite good overall. I hope my review helps you to make a more well informed decision.

I love using this when I do leg day because it’s give me an extra energy boost do not expect to think this is an magic pill YOU have to put in the WORK in order to see results!

My husband is a long time lifter, he recently tried this pre from EHP Labs, which we have been long time fans of, and it became his favorite. Gives him the best pump, may have to try this when I am cleared from postpartum!

If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve tried plenty of their preworkouts & saw this one because I’ve been searching for a higher caffeine content & higher stim. When I say this is awful, it is AWFUL. I did one scoop like always, and I couldn’t even drink it. It was by far the worst tasting preworkout I’ve ever had. & I can’t even return it or exchange it because I opened it and used it one time. I took one sip & it tasted like vinegar with a hint of blue raspberry. The worst aftertaste you could think of. Straight up acidity. I don’t recommend this at all. If you have to go with EHP Labs, stick with the regular Oxyshred. 40 dollars down the drain with this one. UPDATE: I emailed the company regarding my issue & they were super helpful in giving me a refund! I must’ve had a bad batch or something but I was super disappointed so I’m very happy they worked with me & fixed the issue. I still love their other products & maybe I’ll retry this one again in the future.

Not terrible but definitely not my favorite pre workout powder mix. Taste was ok, and didn't necessarily feel any additional energy

Tastes great and definitely helps though a long workout!
