Sweetness in My Morning Coffee, Without the Calories!
I wasn’t sure at first if a sugar substitute would taste strange, but this allulose powder surprised me in the best way. It tastes clean with no weird aftertaste, and the fine texture helps it dissolve instantly in anything I put it in. Every morning, I add one sweet spoonful to my coffee, and it gives me just the right amount of sweetness to start my day with energy — without the extra calories. I love that it has no smell, no sugar, and no guilt. Plus, it works really well for cooking and baking. It mixes smoothly, browns nicely in the oven, and doesn’t get hard or crystallize like some other sweeteners. Honestly, if you want something that feels close to real sugar but healthier, this is a great choice. I’m glad I tried it!

Great sugar alternative, especially for cooking
I bought this allulose powder because I was worried about blood sugar levels while still using sugar in my daily life. I learned that allulose is not fully absorbed by the body and has minimal impact on blood glucose, which is what convinced me to try it. I’ve used liquid allulose before, but for cooking and baking, the powder form is definitely much more convenient and easier to measure. It blends well and works great in recipes. Another big plus is that it’s quite sweet, so I end up using less than regular sugar, which is a win overall. The taste is very similar to sugar without the guilt. If you’re looking for a better sweetener option for everyday cooking, I’d definitely recommend this.

Turns Simple Oat Milk & Chia into a Dessert!
I’ve mostly been using powdered allulose, but the syrup is by far my favorite. Its light, runny texture makes it so easy to blend into drinks and recipes. Whenever I crave something sweet, I add a teaspoon of allulose syrup to oat milk with chia seeds, let it sit for a few hours, and it turns into an amazing dessert. The syrup tastes even better than the powder—smooth, clean, and without any artificial aftertaste. I also like using it as a sugar substitute in salads and cooking. It mixes effortlessly and doesn’t change the flavor of the dish, which is a big plus. Another thing I love is that it’s low in calories and has little to no impact on blood sugar, so I can enjoy sweetness without the guilt. Overall, this is a versatile, natural, and healthy alternative to sugar that I highly recommend.

Not a cost effective option or stevia alternative
This is a good product but not a great alternative to other sweeteners in therms of value for your money. I bought this hoping to find a product functionally similar to liquid stevia but it does not have the same potency. So while this product is cheaper than buying other liquid sweeteners it requires a lot more to be used to give the same effect as one tiny drop of something like stevia or Splenda liquid. I still found the product to be quality and especially liked the flavor compared with other sweeteners on the market but, if you are looking for a more cost effective alternative to stevia as I was, this is not for you.

Sweet and great for keto
It works great for my coffee. It does not spike my blood sugar and it taste real sweet. I tried monk fruit powder from Amazon. Monk fruit power doesn't seem to resolve in coffee very well....This is a better choice for coffee...for me.

Great natural sweetener!
Performs beautifully in baking—browns well, mixes smoothly, and doesn't crystallize. Slightly less sweet than sugar, so recipes may need a bit more, but the flavor is excellent. Great natural sweetener with clean taste and no blood‑sugar impact. Dissolves instantly and works well in drinks and baking. Bottle can get sticky, but overall excellent value.

Great product, Container spout sucks, not good for baking
Great Taste and product just don't like the little pour spout when it clumps inside the bag it's a pain in the butt to get enough out to cook with when you're making recipes. Plus I wouldn't recommend it for baking. It doesn't have the consistency it needs everything turns out soft when you need more texture or runny instead of they can gooey for example pecan pie
