This really works on body odor. I just wanted to try it to so I wouldn't have to keep buying deodorant. The taste is minty not too bad. I would not take on an empty stomach gave me tummy troubles when I did.

First, you cannot use this in hot beverages. It will curdle. Unless you want to chew it...But the taste is better than most. Try it in a sweet tea or any peppermint drink and you won't taste it at all. I had it in a mint choc chip shake that I made and it was not detected one bit.I'm going back to the gummies, though. The liquid just wasn't for me.
