The trimmer fell apart on me and I could never get it to cut clean. The cutter is a bit flimsy but does it's job.

Does not work ruined the cabinet I tried it on it ate up the edge banding and gouged the cabinet. The end clipper is a joke it broke on the 3 one and you don’t even need it. Worst product ever!

UPDATE IN CAP’S I REALIZED YOU ADJUST THE BLADES AND IVE BACKED THEM OFF- I CAN GET IT TO WORK BUT PLASTIC SCREW THREADS WERE STRIPPED BEFOR I EVEN MADE THIS ADJUSTMENT SO I DONT HAVE MUCH HOPE THAT THIS WILL LAST MORE THAN ONE JOB- buy a better brand like rockler. . I’ve tried several methods to get the double-sided edge trimmer to work, and all it does is tear up my plywood. It might work better on plastic laminate systems with vinyl edging, but if you’re trying to do wood laminate on plywood, it’s going to gouge up your plywood veneer on the face. Regarding the end cutter, it cuts by pressing the blade away from your connected edge. If that makes sense. it would be better if it was oriented 180° the other direction so that it trimmed the edge band with pressure towards the glued edge; however it works . pretty low quality though. I don’t know how long it’s gonna last. for this one project I’ll make it work. I’ll probably find something better in the future. however, for the long edges, I’m using a router with a bearing guide because this tool is useless

This is so flimsy. The plastic is very cheap so when you put pressure on it bends. This causes the blades to dig into the wood, ruining the surface you are trying to finish. The cutter is useless. It also bends when you try to use it and it doesn't cut. Imagine cutting a paper with a loose pair of scissors. It just doesn't do the job. Both of the products failed because they were cheaply made.

The handle edge trimmer is great and works as expected. The edge banding trimmer needs to be rethought. I expected that when I put the trimmer over the edge banding and squeezed the ends together so that they were flush with the piece on the top and sides, that it would cut the excess edge banding off clean. However, every time I have tried to use it, it has eaten into the edge of my piece. The item is essentially unusable for me at this point.
