Hard to find Item
Well the product is an aluminum seat for a Zodiac 330 inflatable and I had a hard time finding one. The seller had it, it was exactly what I needed, and it worked perfectly.

Solid as a rock.
Do NOT throw away the shipping foam away, it's not shipping foam, it's padding. Really solid seat.

Great products
The Killer Whale boat only comes with one bench. For the price and size of the boat, it would have been nice to have two benches included. The boat is great, as well as the additional bench. Customer service was extremely helpful with any questions we had while putting it together. Also very helpful in answering questions with additional products. Highly recommend!

Plastic ends break off easily, and replacement parts are not available.
I bought an additional seat, and within two months, the plastic ends that hold onto the rubber attactment lip broke off. The end caps should be replaceable, but that is not an option, must buy a new one...and do it again? I don't recommend it. make one yourself!

THE PRODUCT WAS DISCRIBED PERFECTLY!
Perfectly described as I knew exactly what I needed to do to it to fit my dinghy before it arrived. It now fits perfectly as the manufacturer of my dinghy did not reply to my requests for their advertised seat on several occasions and their price was at least a 3rd higher than your plus Amazon offered free shipping.
