It's decent. It works well but the water storage is not what was expected. I have this in a bed room and it needs to be emptied every 12 hours. That's twice a day... It's quite a bit bigger then my old one that had a 1.65 ml tank instead of this one with1.5 and that old one would last 4 days. It's deceiving the tank looks like its half the bottom but its a very small U shape. 10/10 update - The Customer service is fantastic. They offered to give me a full refund and a Walmart gift card to make up for the trouble with no need to return. They contacted me and took the initiative. Very pleased with that end. The humidistat portion of the device works well too. Overall it works well, the tank is just a bit small.

There are so many dehumidifiers that say they’re perfect for a bathroom or closet, but I have a shower on a lower level so it can stay damp. I want it really dry in there to prevent mold and mildew, so I returned a few units before this one. It has a strong motor and fills the tank daily. I empty it at least once a day. I’m a little confused by the humidity number changing regularly on the unit, but my bathroom gets dry in a hurry so I guess I don’t care. I don’t press any buttons, I just run it all the time, so I’d say it’s easy to use

The BICEPOS BP01 is a fantastic little dehumidifier for its quiet operation and compact size, making it perfect for bedrooms or small offices. It removes humidity very effectively, noticeably improving air quality. My only minor gripe is the collection bucket, which is quite small and needs frequent emptying, especially on humid days. If you don't mind emptying it often, it's a great performer!

I purchased the BICEPOS Dehumidifier for my Motorhome as I travel throughout the United States. I spent one night in Louisiana and my A/C could not keep up with the 98% humidity. I arrived in Fort Myers, Florida and decided I needed to help my Air-conditioning system with a dehumidifier. After letting it stand upright for 24 hours as indicated in the set up instructions, I started using immediately. The humidity was between 70% / 90% and let me tell you this small footprint Dehumidifier does the job and then some. I kept it on continuous mode to ensure over night I was not distrupted by a poor performing air-conditioning not being able to pull out all that humidity before it could cool off my Motorhome. Results: My wife and I found it very cool in our Motorhome, in fact she often wears a long sleeve shirt inside the Motorhome which is an indication of how well my air-conditioning unit works when the Dehumidifier is pulling a significant amount of moisture out of the air. I put my air-conditioning at 68 degrees in a 90 high and 72 low degree day. Before using the Dehumidifier, I would never be able to reach desired cooler temperatures. BOTTOM LINE, if you want a Dehumidifier with auto shut off, hose if needed, humidity levels pre set down to 30%, however in continuous mode it will keep removing humidity. Small footprint is a big plus as space is limited in a Motorhome. Don't waste your time with other units, this one has a 3 year warranty and the staff is very responsive to any questions you may have. I'm still in Florida and keeping cool thanks to this Dehumidifier.

It’s definitely small but powerful. Worth every penny. It’s not difficult to use and is easy to empty but I would suggest attaching the hose so you can use a larger bucket. Since it works so well, the internal basin gets full pretty quick.

We are thrilled with the power of this little unit! And it runs so quietly! We are extremely pleased with our purchase!

Why did you make the hose drain a smaller than standard hose size? Like that little plastic hose is a piece of junk. You can't hook up a regular hose to this to drain it, it doesn't have the right connection on the back. It has a connection for a little 2 ft plastic hose.

Have trouble with directions for settings. Does good job getting moisture out of basement
