Easy instructions. I love the different settings & how the water doesn't splash everywhere & the water flows into the water drain smoothly with no mess. No pain & the water that squirts in ear is very gentle. East to clean & very easy to pour out water out both sockets when done. Long battery life. My ear felt so much cleaner afterwards!

I did not expect to like this as much as I do. I have tried basic ear cleaning kits before but nothing came close to this. The design feels premium and the water pressure options give you great control so you do not worry about hurting your ears. The first time I used it I could instantly tell the difference in my hearing. Everything sounded clearer. It is also very easy to clean and recharge through USB C. The drying feature is a huge bonus. No more shaking my head or using tissues to remove leftover water. The display is clean and simple and the included accessories make it a complete kit right out of the box. If you feel like your ears get clogged often or you use earbuds daily, this thing will make you feel brand new. Highly recommended.

hate having to leave this review, and usually i never do, but this thing was an absolute waste. i was very excited from purchase to point of delivery, especially after having read all these positive reviews, but after having used it for just 10 seconds i immediately figured that this is a piece of junk. not only did it feel very uncomfortable it also left me with now having a swimmers ear due to all that water gushing into it. again, it was super uncomfortable, didn't knock anything loose, and felt like doing more harm than good. the blowing feature as well, very uncomfortable, very loud and just doesn't feel right. this thing is going back and i would advise not to waste your time and money for an item that does more bad than good. my left ear still is suffering today (2days later) from swimmers ear. all positive reviews are a big questionmark to me. even the manual was horribly translated from chinese to english. overall just NO

Super gross but works really well! It’s amazing how clean your ears feel after using this. Very easy to use, works great! Took some trial and error to feel out how to best use it but once we did it’s been great, even for our kids with sensitive ears!

Where the dryer you barely feel the air for the rest of it it works, but the buttons are hard to get at when you’re using it. It should be on the handle very disappointed
