Focus and Brain Health
I am now working on a second bottle of Focus and this is my unbiased review. I have noticed that there were a great many changes in my standard thinking; I work early (2 a.m.) mornings and the incidents of "brain fog" at that hour tend to be frequent and noticeable. Since I began taking Focus over two months ago, the "brain fog" is totally gone...it took up to the first month for it to dissipate but the effects of it parting only began after a full week of taking this. This is not a "caffeine-induced" effect, as caffeine has other, more noticeable effects on my person. Focus helped reorient my thinking so early in the morning into a better, more cohesive process. Lucid and vivid dreams: I have heard of and read reports that this product will not necessarily entertain specific effects in relation to dreaming, but then again here is what I am experiencing. I dream MUCH more vividly, and wildly. The dreams are so real as if an actual gateway to another plane has been opened. The dreaming is sometimes scary (like killing zombies scary) or at the opposite ends of the spectrum and extremely pleasant (like a date, dinner and night with a favorite supermodel) but in either case always able to be remembered easily and with full detail. I also am able to sometimes "become aware" of the surroundings, but the dreaming will continue and it is as if I am living the place, and events that occur. I am not a scientist, but I speculate that because the Focus tablets open up a great nutritional need that the brain willingly accepts, then other parts are able to activate and free up responses and ideas that were not possible before. I have even dreamed of old places, old and long-lost friends that were living in the flotsam of my mind, and I am recalling them with vivid details...that alone is worth the price of this product. Though age has taken some things from me (as well as old traumas and hints of possible memory loss) I am now able to remember the past much more spectacularly, and with a smile. I like to write from all sources (as I am a writer by nature) and this is where Focus has proven to be a unique item. I tend to look at old notes, dreams and pondering of concepts and put them down on paper, from which I can then work on a story. Since taking this product, the ideas not only flow better, but the old "proof of concepts" that I wrote down from many years ago now take full shape and root; it is as if a dam has been opened to my mind, and I can really grasp and then put down in layman's terms the musings of former ideas. This has been a great item to help me organize not just my thoughts and working writings, but to enrich them and make them more "lifelike". I have noticed that the effects of music (classical, metal and hard rock) are more audible to me than I can ever recall. I can now "hear" the specific instruments and "feel" the music, more with older classical and especially Mozart and Beethoven. It is almost bewitching to listen to hours of classical and to be pulled into the tones, the emotions and the whole flux of the experience. I only became more acquainted with classical music in my late 30's and now the experience is much richer. My hearing is still the same (if not less) but my "understanding" of the pieces is growing. This relates to the era of heavy metal as well as I can now follow the specific guitarists and bassists; I am enthralled by their interpretations and playing styles which has forced me to update my music collection from standard 96 MP3 to 320 MP3 or FLAC; I can now grasp the orientations and playing styles of each and every song from the Beatles all the way to Metallica and Van Halen. Thus, the upgrading of my old music collection to a clearer, more audibly cleaner version that is free of static and pops, screeching and lost bits. I will add to this review over time as more changes become noticeable after each bottle, and for better or worse I see this being the first step to "hacking" or taking control of the mind and the self. I am very health-aware and likewise, will keep abreast of any specific developments to these types of products but Focus seems to have hit their stride with a tablet that has a great many benefits, and so far...no harsh or off-putting side-effects.

I think that is needless to say that I needed something like the FOCUS+ pills in order to help me focus ...
I am a 32 year old dad, working full time (early morning shift!), a full time student (full credit!), and have 3 young children. I think that is needless to say that I needed something like the FOCUS+ pills in order to help me focus and concentrate in everything I have to do. I'm not really into taking those energy pills and juices sold in super market stores, so after a friend's recommendation, I decided to give FOCUS+ pills a try. I'm glad to report that they actually have been working thus far! I'm going on my 4th day with them and I can tell the difference. I understand that it might work differently for everyone, but I still recommend it, and I would say that it is worth the shot. Here are some more information about the product, just in case you're curious to learn more! 1. Helps Maintain Energy Levels Vitamin B12 benefits your metabolism because itโs needed to convert carbohydrates into useable glucose in the body. Glucose from carbohydrate foods is used as a form of energy, so this is the reason why people with vitamin B12 deficiencies often experience fatigue. Vitamin B12 is also needed for neurotransmitter signaling that helps your muscles contract and gives you energy to go about your day without feeling tired and run down. 2. Prevents Memory Loss and Lowers Risk of Neurodegenerative Disease A vitamin B12 deficiency may cause various neurologic and psychiatric disturbances. Because of its role in nerve health and neurotransmitter signaling, vitamin B12 benefits cognitive function and is used to lower the risk of neurodegenerative diseases, including Alzheimerโs disease and dementia. 3. Boosts Mood and Helps the Nervous System to Properly Function

It worked for me and helped me prepare for a Boards exam...
I have been using Focus+ for three weeks now. I purchased it to try based on written reviews hoping there is truth to what was written for this product. My initial intent was to get a little boost with focus and memory retention, since I was studying for a national boards exam. I had started my review and studies for this exam in Feb 2015 and for 4 straight months it was intense day, night and weekend books, review courses, online webinars, etc. I was, to say the least, overwhelmed at the fact that I could not retain most of the information I reviewed. My memory just was either exhausted or not the same as 10 years ago. (I know...."nothing is" 8) So anyways, I gave Focus+ a try. One pill a day for a week. Day one, nothing. Day two, nothing. Day three, that overwhelming feeling of tiredness started to slowly dissipate and I could finish a day of studying without at some point falling asleep. Day four, I was actually looking forward to sitting down with my notes and re-reading some book chapters. Day five, I switched to physics calculations and impressively enough, the veiled effect I had been experiencing was not present or as intense as before. Day 6, my productivity level skyrocketed and I could sit for hours on end reading and notetaking, without once glancing at my watch. Days 7-14 were pretty much the same, with increased recollection of what I had read, ability to apply processes and calculation from memory without hesitating and no longer had I experienced that feeling of tiredness and worn out memory block. By the end of the third week, I felt a plateau had been established and the impact I felt a the beginning was less pronounced, but still engaged in the background, if that makes sense. I'm still able to focus better and memory retention has increased quite a bit, but has settled to a new normal for me. To say the least, I am no longer dependent on those energy drinks and continuous cups of coffee, which in turn, brought about a lot of trips to the restroom. This natural supplement has helped me in a positive way to take back control of my daily activities and be more productive with less of that "walking around daydreaming" feeling. Now that my examination is over, and I get back to my normal daily routine of a household to run, a career to practice, a wife and two beautiful kids to attend to, I will continue to take Focus+ because it has helped in those areas as well. My very energetic children are a bit shocked that dad is not tired when he gets home from work and can actually "have fun" with them. This is as honest a review as I can write, hopefully easing some skepticism as to the effectiveness of this product. Keep in mind that there are a lot of other variables in your daily life that might get you the same, better or very different results. YMMV.

No Affect At All!
I purchased a bottle of Focus+ after reading several reviews of how it helps give clarity, focus and energy toward a task after taking it. I can honestly say that it has had absolutely no affect at all on me. I thought I would at least feel some focus and determination toward work projects and it absolutely did nothing. I've upped the dose to 2 the last 3 days thinking that might work, but so far, nothing. I've been taking this for about a week and a cup of coffee works better. Just to give everyone an idea of my state of health so that someone can't attribute the lack of this products affect on my overall health or lack of, I'm 49 yrs old 5'10 185lbs with a current 14% body fat as I've been in good shape my whole life. After a year of not working out, I started doing intense heavy weight training about a month ago, 3 days a week, and have just started a reduced calorie diet to get to around 8% body fat hopefully in 8 weeks. I've added 20 min of HIIT traning 4 days a week to accomplish this. In other words I'm not an out of shape fat slop. I don't take excessive supplements that might counteract this supplements affect. It's hard to work out 8-10 hours a week being in a demanding sales exec career and I thought this might help me focus at the gym as well, after all I am 49. I guess it's back to caffeine with a nice iced coffee and some patients in the morning before my workout and work! Don't waste your money!

Well Worth Its Price, To Some Degree Effective
Okay, let's think factually about this product (Focus) and others like it, shall we? Look at the ingredients: Mostly variations of natural products containing caffeine -- variety of green tea, with guarana seed extract and DMAE, a couple of B-vitamins -- with them is included some other stuff and so forth. So, what's so different about this particular product separating it from all the others like it available on the market? Could it be It's shiny blue and green capsule, maybe? Face it, does the producer of Focus, and other manufacturers, provide clinical, science based evidence supporting claims as to the effects its product produces? Has the manufacturer, and as have had the others, ever had clinical subjects ingest Focus, or products like it, then afterwards taken brain scans of those subject's brains in order to measure what areas of the brain are affected by the product's ingredients? And then afterwards, have they tested the subjects as each performs certain tasks performed over a duration of time requiring considerable concentration and memory recall? If so, let's see the results of the clinical studies; Would you disagree to that? Mind you, anecdotal evidence is weak, none scientific, very subjective -- though for some potential buyers of Focus -- persuasive, but never would it be acceptable scientific evidence. So, might we conclude, as the cliche says: The "proof is in the pudding." Sounds very subjective, would you disagree? Aside from one's feeling the caffeine buzz induced by the product's ingredients, might one then say he/she experiences product effectiveness due to a placebo effect? Does that make sense? So, it's safe to say the effects Focus is said to produce are a theoretical possibilities, at best. Right? Having gone on and on as I have to this point, admittedly, Focus will be ingested by me, on going, in fact monthly, on a daily bases, for it's one product of many to which I subscribe through the Amazon save and subscribe plan. In conclusion, I will give Focus a "thumbs up" -- a one thumbs up of two -- and certainly would never discourage anyone from buying it. Face it, compared to other products like it, Focus' price is reasonable, wouldn't you say?

Helped me get through my first week at my new job
I've been taking these supplements for about a week now and can definitely feel a difference. When I first took them, I felt a little weird because I over caffeinated myself. I'm a HUGE coffee drinker and had 2 cups before I took it. The next few days I took the pill first, then waited about an hour, then had my coffee fix :) But even if you're a huge caffeine drinker, as long as you don't have too much at one time and spread it out a little like me, you'll be fine! I just started my new job working in a school and have mountains of paperwork, scheduling, consulting, and assessing to do because I started so late in the year and I think these pills really helped. I just felt more sharp and could think quicker on my feet. I didn't notice the effects until the end of the day and I looked back at how much I accomplished! I remember thinking "damn, I can't believe I did all that today! ...I'm gooooood". I'm someone who always reads reviews before purchasing a product. I read the 5 stars through the 1 stars. If you're thinking of trying these, I say go for it, you have nothing to lose! My favorite part of these pills is it contains matcha ! Which I already mix with water and consume daily. Now I don't have to! For those of you who don't know what matcha is, it's basically green tea leaves crushed into powdered form. So you're getting ALL the amazing health benefits from the whole green tea leaves. It gives me such a nice and smooth energy increase without the crash.

Goodbye coffee...it's all about FOCUS
I've been using this for a few days now and I was actually surprised that I feel a difference so soon. Since taking it I feel more alert and able to do the tasks I have on hand. Typically I have two cups of coffee each day; one in the morning and one early afternoon when I start feeling sleepy. Since I started taking it, I have had either one cup of coffee per day in the morning or none. I don't feel jittery. I feel more of a constant alertness as opposed to drinking coffee which only gives me ups and downs. I do find though that I am drinking more water which it does state to do. As far as focus, concentration & memory, I feel well balanced, that I retain more and that I am functioning at a higher level. Typically I have a heavy workload (work full-time) plus a 1 yr old and a 12 year old and a never ending list of things to do and things to remember. Since I have been taking this I feel like I get through my tasks faster and that I am working more efficiently since things that I usually forget I now remember. My concentration is definitely better and I am even catching mistakes that 3 or 4 persons have missed. Overall I am not tired as I typically am. I'm used to waking up tired, wishing it was the weekend, going in to work and yawning & fighting sleep all day even with drinking coffee. The last few days since I have been taking this I wake up feeling refreshed and I continue to feel alert during the day. At this point I am thinking if I feel such a great difference now it should only get better.

It had a side effect on me on two particular days when I took the pill to start my working days. I vividly remembered the two incidents. I am a software engineer. I did not take the pill daily, only as needed basis when for the days I want to remember more materials on training classes. The two incidents on two different day where I called into meetings, and was been asked about some questions which I normally can answer all questions even my answers may not be good. The first incident in a meeting call when a question was posted to me. I felt a rush of blood to my brain, and my brain seized up and I could not process the question. The second incident I was in a lunch meeting when I was asked, I have the same psychotic episode. Even more so, it amplified so much and I got really sick to a point where the information coming from my eye, and my brain just not able to process the visual information. My co-worker saw my face turned to red, a friend got my a ice pack to my nect. After about 20 mins, the episode was gone. I agreed to have paramedic checked on me for stroke. Later the day I went to the hospital for a complete checkup. After two days stay in hospital for EKG, EEG, CTSCAN, ultrasound heart echo, and MR, the doctor found nothing wrong with me. I was released from the hospital and to continue follow up with a neurologist. Since the last incident 4 months ago, I had already thrown away the bottle, and never have any episode since. I doubt it is a brand issue, and I would advice people who is considering to take nootropic to be careful. Nootropic may work for you, but it is definitely not for me.
