I usually make boules and use a round banneton, but I wanted something that I could use for a relatively long (13") loaf. This one fit the bill. It is a good quality, although there were a couple of splinters in it, so it was not exactly perfect. I do like it, and it works very well. I would probably only have rated it as a "4" but I gave it a "5" because of the response I got from the seller when there was a problem with the accompanying bread lame. I messaged the seller, and they immediately corrected the situation. So I highly recommend them for their customer service, and I would definitely buy from this seller again.

Basket arrived in very good condition but the scoring lame is broken and covered with sticky gluey material. It come in a set and noy sure if i can get a replacement lame only.
