Amazing camera for the price, very easy to use customer service is great.

When looking for a dash cam for car LTE is the only way to go. Great price and great service. 24hr monitoring. The camera itself is a good camera. The company they use for the LTE service makes no sense they should not exist for me. I don’t have an LTE camera and I want an LTE camera so now all I have is a paperweight I spent $100 on this camera. I actually bought two of them for both cars and now I’m back to looking for LTE dash cams that have LTE service with Major companies not onago which is a company that red tiger uses and red tiger doesn’t accept any responsibility that this company does not work so red tiger is just as responsible for saying that this is an LTE camera when it is just a basic dash cam their LTE company is irrelevant it does not work. They’re no good.

This dash cam does it all!!! I have spent probably probably $1000 trying to find dash cams to do what I need them to do and I finally found it in this one. I was hit by an uninsured motorist who claimed injury so I wanted the best I’ve had this one installed for a couple days now and so far it does it all I would recommend it to anybody. It’s easy to install the apps easy to use. I give it a five stars out of five. Also, I had a couple issues during installation and the customer service got right back with me. They even sent me a free OBD cord so if you have trouble, just get with customer service and they will get back to you A+ organization all the way.

The only issue I have with this is the price of the monthly service. There are 5 options to choose from. Option 1: 1GB of data for $5.99/month Option 2: 1GB of data for $12.99/month (subscription) Option 3: 1GB of data for $14.99 (one time purchase) Option 4: 2GB of data for $19.99/month (subscription) Option 5: 2GB of data for $21.99 (one time purchase) Options 2 thru 5 also offer 15 SOS text messages per month to someone in your contact list on the app, 30 days of cloud storage, and 30 days of trip report history. I find it very expensive for the amount of data you get. Not worth it if one video file is 500mb - 1gb, you’ve used your entire allotted data for the month.

Great product

Loved the camera and the functions, however it stopped turning on two months after I purchased it. Would like a new one, but it is not allowing me to send back for a new one.

Instructions are not user friendly. They don't explain how to view the rear view camera, and as of yet, I have not been able to view the rear view. I had to google a video, and it still doesn't work after following the google video. Also, they supplied all of the wiring to hard wire it, but never include anything for just plugging into the usb port like 99% of other dashcams. So to save yourselves hours of work running the hardwires, just get a USB cable.

Have to give an honest review. they work pretty dang good ! very much real time data, I wish they had ability to lock the devices via cloud or manual for my rental company. I would give a five star review however there is deff an app bug which causes the gps speed activity warning to not work
