Good value, Durable Lift
This worked out fantastically. It may have come slightly dinged up, but we were using it to hang drywall... not serve champagne off of... Very glad we got this and it held up repeated use. Drywalled the entire ceiling in our garage with this... if you don't want to go through the hassle of renting one... I feel like we got our monies worth.

If you have ceiling work to do, this is the way to go
I'm building a new woodworking shop. Working alone, I needed something to help me install Batt insulation and plywood ceiling panels. I ordered one of these thinking it would help. I'm more than pleased. Installing roll insulation alone could be quite challenging. Using this lift made it fairly easy to do. The lift was not packaged very well and as a result, I've got some marks and scratches in the paint. A couple of the parts were missing having fallen out of the box where it was torn. BUT, assembly was easy. I found parts at my local big box to replace those that were missing. The brake on this unit works great. I had no issues with it at all. Using the lift could not have been any easier. All in all, I'm happy.

Not bad.
Well I have already used it to place a board in place, 8ft gypsum board into a 9ft position ceiling, it worked very well, my only issue was when to tilt the arms down to load up a board it does not stay down very well, and actually hit me in the head when I walked behind it to get the board, had to position the lift in a spot so I could load the board w/o it tilting back up, there does appear to be a latch but it has no function that I can see,but otherwise not bad for the money, I do not attend on using a lot just for this one job in my shop, so as long as it holds the board while it ascends to the ceiling I'm fine, it does seem a little wobbly but I guess that is so you can adjust the board into place.

Money well spent
Came with packaging intact. Once opened and assembled (super easy to put together, only a couple things to tighten up) this lift was better than I expected for the price point. I am certain there are better and more robust lifts out there for significantly more money. After using it to hang some 10โ drywall sheets I feel like it was well worth every penny! This will save me a lot of agony as my drywall project continues.

Works as expected and no issues thus far
I was worried with reviews on these being at both ends of the scale. Mine showed up just fine, the box had some damage but the lift was fine. I put it together by hand in a few minutes (all the parts just slide into each other), and then tighten one nut on the wheel arm area, I think people dont realize to tighten that nut which would result in the brake not working correctly as Ive read in reviews. I used it to lift one panel yesterday to try it out, and it worked fine. Ive rented drywall lifts and none of them regardless the cost or make are super stable. They are built/designed to be able to move around, adjust in place and get a panel in place..so its the nature of them. I will change my review if I have issues with it, but so far its fine and seems as good as any pro ones Ive used.
