Why do some customers mention that our Magic Keyboard has weak magnetism or can't hold the iPad?

This issue is caused by model incompatibility.Our Magic Keyboard is only compatible with IPAD PRO 13 (M5 2025/M4 2024) .For other iPad models,the magnet alignment differs,leading to weak magnetism and failure to securely hold the iPad.
