I don’t know how to paint… but this product is absolutely awesome! I painted one side of my bathroom door… using the Wooster Sherlock mini pro, another great product, and some Rust Oleum paint, the ultra cover, satin blossom white. It was easy and quick… But after preparing the surface, took some work, because I was covering a dark color. I used Zinsser Bullseye 1*2*3 primer, kinda “liquidy”, smelly and somehow weird. But the adhesion and most importantly… coverage over the dark stained door, was good. I also used a new tray, roller, and rolling brush, to paint the door. It’s looking good, the micro plush is great. I’m sanding and prepping the other doors, to finish up with this portion. I’m happy that I ordered from this brand, great products! They are very easy to clean, at least the big rolling tool, that I cleaned after painting part of a room. The value for the money good, considering that I paid around $21 for 4 Wooster roller Sherlock mini pro, rolling tools. These set of 2 Wooster micro plush are truly great! Awesome functionality for any project, and a big difference comparing them with some other brand that didn’t deliver the same results like this one! Thanks Amazon!

After multiple failed paint jobs due to low quality rollers these are my swear by brand. They hold paint and are best used for wood. I have used to paint on beadboard, cabinets & all doors in my house. Rollers are everything when getting a smooth finish. The lower the roller nap the smoother the finish. Throw out every other roller & buy these

I had large metal chimney stacks and the coverage was perfect. No shedding!

This is the best roller ever. I do a lot of small painting projects. And sometimes they’re so small that I just don’t feel like using my sprayer. This will leave a 90%finish like spray but… sand and vacuum well. Just leave as clean and neat possible before painting. You’ll notice on the first code if you need to clean or sand better. Also be careful on leaving caulking marks because it will show. If you’re using a lighter color try to prime twice and sand in between and you’ll see better results as well. This is a great option and out of other brands I highly recommend this.

The roller excelled in applying both water based paint and water based polyurethane with a finish very close in quality to spraying without the headache and expense.

These are crap. I spent extra to get a quality roller and the roller is shedding fiber with first use! Its coming right off the end. I should have stuck to the foam rollers!. Not worth the money!

I used to buy the generic ones but this time I decided to try this ones and it makes a huge difference in combination with the roller frame of the same brand.
