I was hesitant about buying it at first, unfortunately by being lied to (only two left in stock) I got it. Literally right after that, it magically changed to 20. Great marketing. It arrived very fast, in a brown box, great for me because I love to hide packages. Upon opening it, I noticed a few hairline scratches, it’s no big deal to me because it’s for cooking not to look pretty. I absolutely love it and how easy it is to use overall. It heats up fairly quickly and cooks my waffles perfectly based on my personal setting. I love how I can switch out the plates to whatever I’m in the mood for. Clean up is easy and it’s easy to shove it out of my way. I like to cook when no one is around to beg, the only complaint is the beeping noise lol.
