My 4 year old autistic son struggles with regulation. This is soft and can be squeezed (also makes a noise when squeezed) has really helped with regulating him during his meltdown. Also great at nighttime with the changing colours, just enough light to help transition to sleep without being to bright to keep him awake.

Love this! Using it as a visual for breathing with my preschool class and it's great. It's tactile which they love and the lights make it really engaging. Also a small but super helpful thing they did was printing the directions for different modes and breathing exercises on the bottom of the owl lamp itself (which is great because I lost the directions after opening it of course. Oops!) So far we love it and I'll update once we've had longer to use it to see how it holds up, but it seems durable so far.

This little Breathing Pal is a game-changer in my daily routine, and I can't recommend it enough. This cute, squishy bear has become a permanent fixture on my desk, and it's been a real help in keeping me on track at work. This little bear has three breathing modes, each designed for recommended uses. For me, the 4-4-4-4 mode is the winner, supercharging my concentration during tasks. What amazes me the most is how the color and brightness perfectly sync with my breathing, making the exercise incredibly smooth. It's like having a personal mindfulness coach right there when I need it. The bear's soft, squeezable silicone material is a joy to hold, and you can give it a good squeeze without worrying about wear and tear. Plus, that adorable bear face adds a touch of warmth to any space. You'll love how easy it is to use, thanks to the clear instructions on the bottom. And here's the bonus: it's not just for grown-ups. My 6-year-old son is also a fan. It helps him unwind before bedtime, making it a fantastic tool for introducing mindfulness to kids. In fact, I might just grab a hippo version to avoid any sharing tiffs.

Love this little breathing bear. Overall it is easy to use, sensory friendly and works well. The breathing modes are great, but honestly didn’t really work for my son with ADHD. I had a lot of trouble getting him to want to practice his breathing. I think if I were to try again, I’d try starting with shorter periods of time. He uses it as a night light and will not fall asleep without it. It does have an auto shut off at night, so if your child likes the light on all night, it might not be a good fit for that. My daughter enjoys holding it and squishing it. It’s super cute and is fun to hold and squish.

Cute and useful. I love it for myself and my kids during stressful times. I bought 3, I'd buy more as gifts for sure.
