My 86 year old uncle can’t get over how much this has changed his life. He can now communicate on the telephone, listen to music and be an active participant in conversations. It only takes a couple of hours to get it charged and then it lasts a little over 7 hours. It’s a great fit because it doesn’t hurt his ear and the speaker quality is top notch. No more muffled sounds. This is an affordable alternative to overpriced hearing aids.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Looked good on specs, and good amplification. BUT, it just crapped out. It's 3 months since I bought this hearing aid. Won't turn on or charge. This is a lot of money for only 3 months use. That's not all. When fully charged, I only got 6 hours of use. Over and over again I tried different settings and it only lasts 6 hours on a charge. That's just too short for a hearing aid.

It arrived charged for use and after a quick review of the instructions I put it in my ear and tested my ability to perceive sound, which was certainly increased. However, I find it important to note, that despite the name of this device including the words "hearing aid," under FDA regulations for OTC hearing aids, it does not qualify as such. If you are looking for something that will address true hearing loss, you may want to research this information and consider alternatives. Also, having not used such a device (an FDA Approved OTC hearing aid) myself, I am unable to provide a comparison between it and this device. I can tell you that this device does, in fact, amplify sounds. It can also connect to your Bluetooth capable devices. It provides 4 presets to choose from based on personal hearing ability and environment: one preset for noisy environments and one for quiet environments for those with mild hearing loss and then the same 2 such presets for those with more pronounced hearing loss. Overall, the product seems to work well for what it is.

Can hear real good

bought two. one failed after only 6 months. no response from seller when I attempted to contact via amazon. There is no warranty noted anywhere in the literature and instructions that came with the item. Assume there is none. The hearing aids worked great in bluetooth mode (while it was working) but the hearing amplifier was a little weak, distorted voices in higher volumes. They have a lot of background hiss. They are rechargeable but you have to physically plug them in and frequently had to be plugged in and unplugged several times to get them to charge. All in all functions about as well as I expected for the price but disappointed over failure in such a short time.

The quality of sound is good, Directions are a little confusing, Could not get the blue tooth to work . To me the battery life is the main problem,,,They say 8 hours and they are right.. The piece stops working at about 4 everyday

Got this for my dad and it’s been a game changer. He was starting to miss parts of conversations, especially in noisy settings, but this hearing aid really helped. The sound is clear, and he likes how it cancels background noise. Super easy to charge, and the Bluetooth feature is a nice bonus—he can take calls and watch TV without taking it off. Fits comfortably behind his ear and works great for his left ear. My dad comented that the comfort and sound quality were beyond his expectations. Absolutely, happy with this purchase!
