I am a former Irish Step Dancer, and so when this was recommended by other Irish dancers, I knew I had to give it a try. I was looking for something to prevent the extremely odd blisters I always get on the outside of the bottom of my feet at Disney. I have tried blister bandaids, moleskin, regular bandaids, friction defense products, and k-tape. Nothing worked. UNTIL NOW. I placed a strip of tape length-wise along the place where I normally get the blister, and then also wrapped tape around my foot perpendicular to that so that it did not come off (in the future, I would use a cheaper k-tape for the perpendicular wrap). FINALLY. I could walk literally dozens of miles, and while my feet were tired at the end of the day, NO BLISTERS. I was also impressed with how long each taping lasted. I was able to get 3 days (obviously including showers) before it was curling up and needed to be replaced. It was easy to cut the tape to the length that I needed, and it has a good level of stickiness. This is the BEST product to prevent blisters that I have ever found. Nothing comes close to matching this quality. Once again, Irish dancers come through for the win. Definitely buying this in bulk for my next Disney trip!

Bought it as a gift for my niece who dances ballroom. She says it has helped protect her feet so much.

This tape is great for blister prevention. I first tried it out when I started dancing, and now use it every time. Also good for protection when breaking in new shoes. The tape is also very gentle. My skin is annoyingly sensitive to adhesives. Whenever I get an injury that needs covering from a bandage or gauze the bandaid/medical tape leaves me with a rash which is both more painful and takes longer to heal than the original injury. I do still react to this tape, but the severity of the rash is not even half as bad as I get from medical tape. (I don't break out at all on my hands or feet for some reason - I guess the skin there is tougher?)

My daughter is a dancer and loves this tape. It provides her with the support she needs and the eucalyptus helps her joints and muscles feel good.

I tried the the healing tape on my heels and under my toes. The smell was amazing and the protection, no bruises or soreness. The tape was removed with ease. Thank you.

Uses it when she dances

This helped me so much for drumming! I am a beginner so my grip is not ideal yet. This can help me play for hours. I don’t put to much. Just to feel the heat so I can adjust my grip and still play!
