Lightweight, no heavy lifting, but it cuts limbs, trims shrubs and clears brush. Two batteries would be nice, but it recharges fairly quickly. For me, being able to cut with one hand is key to safety, since I'm on a ladder if I'm trimming branches, and I think it's fine. Rechargeable battery to make it cordless is super convenient. It's very easily portable and takes up very little space in storage.
