Compared to other brands, these are not that sticky. Mine lasted about two hours of wear before starting to life at the edges and crease. And yes I did hold it for 10 seconds as instructed.

They burnt my skin was very itchy still felt very irritable, I had better luck quitting without using them . Went cold turkey after 33 years . I could feel when the nicotine hit usually writhing the first few hours after that they didn’t help
