Good product to buy
This tool is very handy, I have been using this since almost a year and haven't found any issues. It custs grass beautifuly and the machine works fine. The support staffs are also very helpful and their response time is excellent.

All good except the coupling in between the pipe
It was good.. we had problems due to the fitting of the pipe half way. The pipe was rotating when cutting the grass. The thing in between was not holding the pipe intact. We have make some jugaad now to make it intact. It's working fine now. Please provide the pipe in full length.
