Mix thoroughly. In a second bowl, mix ½ cup water with glue until well mixed. If desired, add food coloring or glitter to glue solution. Pour borax solution into glue solution and stir. The two solutions will mix and begin to solidify. Remove slime from bowl and knead for several minutes. Store covered in a clear container.
