Fiddyment Farms Premium Pistachio Butter - Creamy

Yall this was soooo good!!! I had never had pistachio butter and wanted to make the trending Dubai candy bars. I made only four of them and ended up eating the rest of the filling before I put in chocolate, it was so good. When that was gone I opened the jar and ate the entire jar! Well silly me picked up a jar made by another supplier at Walmart, came home opened it up and immediately disappointed . It was NOTHING like this brand. So I decided to order a few more jars of this brand and realized the price :{ I did not pay attention to price when ordering otherwise I would have never tasted this TASTY pistachio butter. If I had the money my cabinet would stay stocked. I am too poor to spend that amount for it but if you aren't poor like me, do yourself a favor and order a jar of this deliciousness. YOU WONT REGRET IT, NONE COMPARES. Trust me🥰

Used it to make dubai chocolate dessert. Nice nutty taste and no bitterness. I like that its 100% pistachios and I can control the sweetness.

I have been through a LOT of pistachio nut butters but never had one close to tasting as this. Taste more like creamy roasted peanut butter, REAL SMOOTH, with no pistachio nut particles at all. Color is light dirty brown and actually has a dirt-like flavor. I got through almost half a jar over several weeks. Each time, I just could not shake how "off" this stuff is; as in WAY OFF. I finally went back into the reviews to see if anyone else got the "same vibe" regarding this product, and I quickly saw one review that pretty much nailed it. I bought two jars and in no way am I going to eat the rest of the first jar and I will not even give the other jar to a friend or neighbor; I am reluctant to give to my animal friends, but will give it a go. Big waste of money on two jars of this stuff, whatever it really is.

As soon as I removed the jar from the brown paper cushioning material I realized there was a problem. A portion of the paper (and the box itself) were soaked in oil and I could feel it on the jar itself. There was plastic film holding the cap in place and without that plastic the top would have come off completely. Ordinarily I'm hesitant to consume something that has a loose lid but I threw caution to the wind, stirred the contents and had a spoonful. It was delicious. Prior to this, I bought a jar of something similar from Costco but it's only 45% pistachios and has sugar. It tastes good but different. This is more obviously pistachios and better. The problem is with the jar construction. The lid comes loose with just a very slight turn and clearly the bouncing around it got in shipment caused the lid to turn slightly and almost come off completely. It was enough to allow the oil to run out of the jar. I'm not sure if I'll risk buying it again since I think it's more likely than not that the same thing would happen. But the contents ARE quite tasty so I just might.

Absolutely wonderful!! I was sad when I was scraping the last bits out of the jar. Wish it was more affordable, but one does get what one pays for, and I’ll be back to treat myself again!!

Extremely great quality

This stuff is delicious. I needed some pistachio paste for my baking. But professional pistachio paste is so expensive. This is very smooth and creamy and worked wonderfully in my baking. There were no chunks of nut, it is very finely ground. I used it to flavor cake, cookies and buttercream frosting. It worked like a dream and the frosting piped very easily from the piping bag. Tge flavor is very intense and delicious. This is a great bargain. I only needed a few tablespoons for my cake and frosting. Lastly it is a very nice green color and made my baked goods a delicate shade of green without having to add dye. The flavor is wonderful if you just want to spread it on bread and eat I'm sure it will be wonderful as well. I highly recommend this product! -Doug's Domestic Goddess
