Will it work for new 2022 RR Sport?

I know RR changed the sport in 2018. So with that said, you would have to see what the changes were compared to a 2015 - because it fits the 15 perfectly.

Will this fit a 2016 full size Range Rover?

No it will not...it is made for the “Sport” version ...not the full size Range Rover not the Autobiography LWB

It fit 2018 perfectly. I am not sure about 2020
