Good salty country ham. Cooked in microwave, pan and oven. Could not get the fat crisp in pan or oven. I think crispy fat, not white floppy fat on my ham slices. Spent time to pull off all the floppy fat. Great on biscuit, along side scrabbled eggs, thrown in a pot of dry beans or green beans.
