Love this product!
We went on vacation for 3 weeks. I was sure I would come home to dead plants. They all had different watering needs and to be honest, I didn’t have a lot of faith this would work. It did!!! ALL of my plants did just fine! I set the system up for 5 plants. I gave a couple of them 3 spikes some got one spike. They all lived! Easy to follow instructions, one trial run, some guessing on watering needs, and about 30 minutes to set up the whole thing. No leaks, no mess, no struggle. Just happy plants when I got home! SO impressed, so happy and relieved! GREAT system!

Works, but manual is lacking more help.
It was a tiny bit complex to set up, but not horrible. The reason for the one star deduction is the lacking of more help in the manual. I'm not a botanist or anything like that and didn't feel like I got a lot of help with how to set this up. The manual basically just said something like: use the tubes and connectors to set up the system. No real advice on how to hook them up. When to use which type of connector. What to do when you have a big plant that needs more water and smaller plants that need less. Similar with the step of how to set up the automation. It just said things like: you can choose between 10 seconds and 10 minutes. Stuff like that. I little bit of help on what settings to choose would be great. My first attempt I picked 5 minutes (with the help of ChatGPT). But the 5 minute slow drop was more of a 5 minute stream and my plants totally overflowed. Again with the help of ChatGPT I then did a test of how much water each plant gets in the span of one minute, by putting the stakes in cups instead of in the plants and setting it to manual for 1 minute. I had three stakes and each got 1/2 cup in one minute. So based on that info, ChatGPT is making suggestions of what settings could probably work. He's suggesting something like 10 seconds every 2 or 3 days. I still have to perfect the settings before going on my trip, but am waiting for the plants to recover from the 5 minute disaster. However, water does flow to my three stakes and it does listen to the automatic settings. It's also not very difficult to set it all up. It's just lacking more advice. So 4 stars.

Simple set up and reliable.
Easy to use auto watering system. Used for a 10 day vacation and it correctly watered my plants and kept them healthy. The dial is easy to use to set desired inputs. Pump was better quality and stronger than other auto systems around the same price point. Would buy again.

Works fantastic
I bought three of these as i have 35 indoor plants. Just group the sizes together, test the duration of your watering cycle and leave it on auto. I was gone three weeks for vacation and this worked flawlessly.

Easy to set up, plenty of possible layouts
Easy set up, very flexible applications as there are a lot of connectors and controller has lots of settings.

Works great! Great vacation solution. Quality kit.
Works great! To optimize, be sure to figure out how many seconds of watering you think the average plant needs. These are drippers, so 15 seconds of dripping isnt enough water for a plant on a warm day (and I am in western Washington State). But the system works great and is perfect for vacation time. Even used it with indoor plants in the kitchen sink while on vacation. Actually I think they did better than when I was home.

Did not work for me.
I am so disappointed that this product did not work for me. All the reviews that I had read prior to the purchase had been very good. One day after I had installed the system, I removed the stakes from my plants to test it and to attempt to determine how much water was being distributed to each plant. However, after removing the stakes, 4 of the 7 stakes I used continued to drip although the system had been turned off. I put the 4 dripping stakes in a large pot to allow any potential residual water in the tubing time to empty. 4 hours later, the pot was 2/3 full and each stake continued to drip at a rate of about two drops per second. The only way I could stop the dripping was to disconnect the power and remove the filter from the water source. I contacted the product customer service. Although she was very nice and did confirm that there was residual water in the tubing, she could offer no additional suggestions. I am returning the system.
