How do you set up/connect the Netflix and Prime Video buttons? Is it automatic? Not finding anything on setup online

On my T.V. it was press and play no set up. If you have the app already installed on T.V.

why wont it turn my tv off

Though they don’t make it clear, outs the wrong controls for the TV. It will state in the description the I. D. # for the correct TV.
