It helps when I am in trouble and feel an impending gall bladder attack, after taking it even if all the pain doesn't go away I can feel I am out of danger. And it always lessens the pain, sometimes takes away completely. I do one dropper full in one ounce of apple juice, if still feeling bad, I will repeat it in 15 to 30 minutes.

This product works! I used this for my gallbladder pain, along with beet root, HCL, digestive enzymes, and bile salts. You will need a straw to protect your teeth. I put in 2 dropper fulls in an 8 oz glass of organic apple juice. You can put it in water, and will work just as well. I kept my gallbladder and my HIDA scan was at 28% ejection fracture. I don't know what it is now; however, I can attest that a year has gone by and I feel great! I still keep it handy when I get a bit overboard on fatty foods but it is rare that I need it. I highly recommend this product.

Great product. Beats the sublingual pellets I was using by a lot. I use this to treat the migraines that occur with barometric pressure changes. Three days before the last storm, I drank two dropperfulls twice a day in water and that did the trick. The only drawback is the sour taste and the price.

OPA is a lifesaver…. Stops Gallbladder attacks dead in their tracks…highly recommend, this is life changing if you suffer from gallbladder pain/ attacks.

Didn't stop my gallbladder attack. I ended up going to the hospital that day to get my gallbladder removed.
