Superb Smart Ring
Had this ring for a couple of months now and love it. Great battery life, stylish ring, coupled with a simple but effective and informative app (no subscription required). Also really like the charging case.

A great ring, just what I wanted.
I have been using my Ringconn for a few weeks now and feel I can add objectivity. I chose Ringconn due to its lack of subscription and because I have watched and read many positive reviews, and I am delighted with my purchase. First, the great bits: the battery life really is 11 days, and it recharges quickly. I don't take the ring off unless I'm charging it. The charging case is convenient and protects the ring in the process. Sleep recording is more accurate than my watch. My watch generally overrecords my sleep, especially if I read before falling asleep; my ring seems more accurate. When I wake up feeling more refreshed, my sleep score reflects this. As a Sleep Apnea sufferer, I am delighted that I can keep an independent eye on my treatment. When staying away recently, I had to sleep without my CPAP machine for one night, and the ring data reflected this appropriately. The step counter seems to be accurate. Of course, I don't count my steps, but the step counter aligns well with my daily activities. I have also noted that the stress monitoring aligns with my daily ups and downs. I suffered a bout of food poisoning during the second week of wearing the ring and noted several changes to the data to reflect the illness. The software also asked me to explain the abnormality in the data. Overall, I am extremely impressed with the accuracy of the data. I only have one negative: that there isn't a size to fit my index finger. Maybe I have extremely big fingers, although I don't believe that to be the case. I have had to put the ring on my middle finger, which interferes with my wedding ring. I'm used to this now and haven't noticed any damage to the Ringconn or my wedding ring, but it isn't ideal. I thoroughly recommend the Ringconn, I just wish they made a larger size.

Wonderful and Great Value
Wonderful and great value. Bought this as a Christmas present for my wife. I did some research on the Oura ring and others before choosing this. This stood out as being cheaper and with an app that is free to use (unlike the Oura) The ring arrived beautifully packaged, like an Apple product. It works well, the App is great and the data produced is surprisingly deep and broad. Strongly recommended.

Stopped working after a month and rusts!
As an update, over the last month the unit has been really good at collecting date, however over the last week I have had to reset the ring 3 times losing all the data after the app failed to find the device and continually reporting it is sat in the charging base. On top of this, despite assurances you can shower with the unit on (I remove it for any water activity), the contacts on both the ring and charging base are rusting, which has now caused rust marks on my finger. Returning this unit for replacement. I have used AppleWatch before and found it really useful, however the battery life is poor and I prefer a standard watch. I had read about RingConn with interest and decided to try the Gen2. The product is very easy to configure with the app and also exporting the date straight into Apple Fitness and Health. The data that the ring provides is very good and very useful, so all told a pleasant and useful purchase with a battery life around 11 days between charges. The downsides then: - RingConn doesn’t conform to standard ring sizes and you need to try templates to assess the correct size. It would make way more sense to conform to a standard as all rings do. - the ring is quite bulky on your finger, which is understandable given the tech packed into it - I was interested in the Sleep Apnea monitoring after reading the details so decided on the standard instead of the Air (which doesn’t support it). However what is not widely advertised is the disclaimer when you look to enable the option, which wasn’t mentioned anywhere else. Based on the below information I have declined this option: “By tapping "I have read and agree," you signify your consent to activate the "Sleep Apnea Monitoring" feature and agree to provide us with the following data: height, weight, age, BMI, sex, [neck circumference], medical history, OSA symptoms, sleep quality etc. For the purpose of generating an OSAHS assessment report” In summary a great little gadget, fairly accurate, a little bulky for everyday use and not enough detail regarding a key feature which would sway you between the Air and standard version of the product (the air doesn’t support sleep apnea monitoring and is cheaper too).

Best purchase the wife made!
Have worn everyday since purchase, very pleased with the results actually seem to sleep better as well as its monitored, spo2 , exercise, pulse, something called HRV etc. This review doesn’t do the product justice but no monthly payment and does what I wanted most of all monitors my sleep apnoea for that alone it’s 5star , best purchase I’ve made.(obviously at the wife’s insistence).

great tech but a bit of a novelty.
This is a purchase that is quite individual. It is tempting to have a ring with a number of health benefits but i have realised that most of these are duplicated in my smart watch. The two small nodes on the inside bottom of the ring are (for me) very irritating. I am told it looks nice as a ring but it does feel very plastic like - but in fairness this is the coating and they have tried to keep the weight down. Unfortunately, the small weight adds to its 'cheap jeweellery' feel. I wear it periodically but think the technology would need to develop considerably before i made a further investment. Also, from a blind perspective, the companion app is poorly designed for accessibility.

Definitely buy before buying the ring!
The set was excellent value. I found the size that best suited me and wore it consistently for two days. After this I was confident to purchase the ring conn 2 which fitted perfectly.

A potentially (and initially) brilliant product let down by a fatal battery flaw.
I’d had this ring for several months and raved about it to everyone that saw it shining happily on my finger. It’s great - measures everything, so much easier than a watch. I charge it every 10/11 days, does everything you want, sleep monitoring without the intuitive nature of my Apple Watch, heart, exercise - even sleep apnea. Couldn’t have asked for more. If I’d reviewed then, would have been 5 starts without question. Indeed, this is probably why there are so many 4 and five star reviews that you’ve read. However The problems began, some what ironically for me, a couple of weeks after the 1 year warranty. Well I say that, but that’s really when I noticed the significance of the slowly eroding battery life. It probably started earlier, but I was in denial. So like many, I only admitted I had a problem at this point as I sadly accepted the that the re-charge was about a week - no longer 10/11 days heydays. I reached out to customer support, and their helpful automated agent basically told me I was out of lock and out of warranty. Efficient use of automation by customer support there, managing to get rid of me without involving any form of human interaction - nice… Ticking on a few weeks, the battery continues to degrade. Shame. What was once the amazing item I raved about to anyone and everyone who would listen, has become a shining embarrassment to the longevity (or lack of) of lithium batteries. Shame. Luckily I have the fallback of my Apple Watch 4, which is still going strong, and lasting as long as its first day. Same for my iPhone, and every other battery powered device I bought over the last few years. Perhaps Apple use a better supply of lithium- who knows… So in summary, be prepared for a fabulous few months, perhaps even a whole year, then watch the sad slow death of your shiny little friend, while trying (for me almost every day now) to eek out some final throws of life before the inevitable opening of the pearly gates of silicon heaven, and that sad, sad goodbye… Added a photo to show where it sadly likes to spend too much of its time now….
