The Historical Origin of Islam

Dr. Walter Williams has done an awesome job again, with this second book on the Historical Origin of Islam. I began looking into Islam through the works of A. J. Deus in his book entitled, "The Great Leap-Fraud: Social Economics Of Religious Terrorism, Volume II: Islam And Secularization". It's amazing how since Mr. Deus has come from an Islamic background, how close he and Dr. Williams approach the "spuriousness" of the history concerning Muhammad, the alleged founder of Islam. Dr. Williams walks you through more of the councils that laid the foundation for Christianity and how Islam began from the history of Christianity, not Judaism as some believe. He takes you through the history of the infighting of the people based on approaches to the deity of Christ and the wars through the crusades. He gets heavy into the Ottoman Empire. Dr. Williams shows how Ibn Al Arabi was one of the individuals used in the morphing and mythologizing of the making of the prophet Muhammad. He also shows that the Koran is a mixture of Jewish literature, put together by Jewish scholars to include the Torah and the New Testament Gospels, as even Mr. Deus states in his book. In this book, Dr. Williams also shows how the creation of the Modern state of Israel and the "Middle East" is indeed all modern creations in the British break up of Northeast Africa. This also aids in the solidification of the Biblical stories to appear as real history, Judaism, Islam, and Christianity. Dr. Williams takes the position that Christianity came first, then Islam, then Judaism last. He gets heavy into Desiderius Erasmus in the creation of the Novum Instrumentum omne, which became the Novum Testamentum, then the New Testament. Judaism was created, according to Dr. Williams, from the writings of Solomon bar Isaac called RASHI and in addition to the writings of Moses Maimondides. The reason why Judaism "became" first is because the first printed literature of the three religions was the Hebrew Bible in 1475. Then, of course, the position is taken that Judaism was back written into history. This truly is an eye opening book, whether you agree with Dr. Williams' conclusions or not. I originally thought that "The Historical Origin of Christianity" was better. After having read this book. Not so. Can't wait until "The Historical Origin of Judaism" is released, including his third book which is supposed to be released prior to "The Historical Origin of Judaism", "Dispelling Myths About Ancient Egypt" (Possible Title).

I read it once,loaned it out and now must purchase it Again! Clear and concise work and if I may add, you can research his evidence. A must read in addition to the ...Origin of christianity"!

Although the book is not very thick, something you would expect from such a heavy topic, it is clear rthat Dr walter Williams has done some intens research. Most of the evidence are beyond a shadow of doubt. Altogether a very infomative book.I can't wait to see his third book the origin of judaism

Excellent Book

What a profound book on Islam's origin. Americans, especially Moslems, should not turn a blind eye to Dr. Williams' work on the falsehood of Islam. And I think that both this book and the Historical Origin of Christianity are companion books, that really address and bring into focus the falsehood of both religions.

The Historical Origin of Islam opens a fresh new perspective, opportunity for further investigation and dialogue. The book strips away the veneer of orthodoxy to a much needed frank discussion of historical fact. I would like to see a more detailed book with the same historical approach regarding Judism, just like the Historical Origin of Christianity.

I thank the universe for this man, his body of historical factual work is unmatched. It has changed my life forever, I cant thank Dr. Walter Williams enough for the highest quality work on the planet. Absolutely mind blowing!!!

I've had indisputable evidence of this man-made religion along with christianity and judaism long before purchasing Walter Williams' book however, it is an excellent read. I would definitely recommend this to family/friends! I also highly recommend The Historical Origin of Christianity as well by brother Walter!!!!!!!!!!!

I've read this book right after the book, The Historical Origin of Christianity by the same author. I recommend everyone, especially black people that have been raised a Christian, a Muslim or Jew to read this book. Like the author said in the book, religions were placed as tools to control a population.

If you want to know the truth about the origins of islam. This book is for you. It will start you on your journey to the truth.
