Works for leg cramps quickly. They are big, however.

Quinine, a good remedy for leg cramps
When I feel a Charlie horse cramp coming on. I take one of the capsules with a lot of water. I’ve noticed the muscles relax as I’m able to walk or rest without it getting out of control, in a short time! It works for me !!!

Check with your cardiologist before ordering
Should have checked with my cardiologist BEFORE ordering. He told me definitely NOT to take these quinine tablets due to potentially triggering afib. My bad. Not returnable & had to throw them away.
