I have been taking this for the past few years and it has really helped quell my hot flashes. I had read about the double-blind study performed in Germany a few years ago, where rhubarb extract helped most of the women in reducing their hot flashes, both number of hot flashes and intensity. So I decided to give it a try and so glad I did!! I take 3x a day, one in the morning, one at noon and the other at bedtime. My hot flashes are WAY less severe, and I no longer wake up with night sweats. Definitely recommend this product for efficacy!

I'm happy with my purchase because the company is nice and it was exactly what I was looking for. There was a Solaray one that led me to this because it had Rhubarb and Butternut but that got discontinued or something and I couldn't find it so I bought this Rhubarb instead. I'm happy with it.

They can act as a colonic. Not for everyday use -- I learned the hard way. But, if you have constipation issues -- these are the supplements for you! Experiment to find out when you need to take them. They do not make you have to live near the bathroom, but...well, you get the picture.

Nothing but good things to say. I was prescribed a special expensive herbal formula for IBS -C constipation by a TCM doctor and the main ingredient was Rhubarb. I would take 1 pill twice a day if needed. These I take one pill at mealtime and the next day perfect results. I Only take once a week or so. Very please.

It was supposed to help with hormones. I cant really tell a difference though.

Compared to other equal supplements this one had a little more mg, and the cost was lower than other brands with less mg, have to save where you can these days, agree?
