I was so spoiled with the first one; I loved the weight of it, the way it fit comfortably on my neck, the 3 light options & the way it coiled up easily for storage or transport. Recharging the bulbs was easy. It's perfect for knitting in front of the TV or sitting in bed to read. The light can be focused perfectly on your project and doesn't bother husband who falls asleep hours before I ever do. The battery died in Light #1 which necessitated me purchasing this one. It does cost twice as much as many other brands so prior to investing in #2, I did order and try several others. They just didn't compare to the Lumos especially in their weight (too bulky).
