This is My Favorite Vitamin K2
I have used this Superior Source Vitamin K2 MK-7 300 mcg daily for several years now along with a Vitamin D3 supplement. The K2 MK-7 directs calcium out of your blood and into your bones where it strengthens the bones. Being a tiny sublingual dose of K2, it is easy to use by dissolving it quickly under your tongue. I have read that the 300 mcg dose is more beneficial than a smaller dose, and this is a good value for a quality supplement.

Melts under the tongue extremely fast. Sweet. Leaves no aftertaste. Very small pellets. Have been taking these plus their Vitamin D3 pellets together for a very long time. Great brand.

There are higher dose products available at a lower price. Was not allowed to return these items. The bottles of the product came in small carboard boxes that were quite beat up when they arrived.
