If you didn't have this or lost it and forgot...GAME CHANGER
I don't know if a significant amount of people have ordered the white/blue B&D hand vac and did not receive this plastic filter with their unit, or we all had bad luck and somehow threw it away...but THIS IS THE ONE...in general, the complaints about the vac itself were more geared towards the filters having these "tiny little spaces" where debris, in my case random scattered cat litter/dust, would shoot out the back of the unit where the hot air is expelled. ITS BECAUSE YOU DID USE YO FILTER, MANG!!!! Ease of use: 4 (some ppl have complained about difficult it is. Take a breath and work on your angles. Its gets easy! Value against your hard earned money: OVER 9000 (if you already have a vac without it) Functional: AF Quality: "Standard" Fit: IT DO BE TIGHT

if it fit mine it would be 5 stars
This didn't fit my black and Decker dust buster. I could not find a model number on mine, so it's my fault. I literally took a hot knife and cut this down to make it fit in my dust buster because the flimsy filter hag was a pain to empty in mine. Everything stuck to it, and I needed a prebag filter. It fit after cutting off a bunch .

Did not fit my vacuum. I forgot the model number off the top of my head but it was the vacuum with the rotating tip and base. The model number was listed on it but it did not fit.

Great replacement part
My hand vac was losing vac power becaue the old filter was plugged with years of use. Replacing the filter restored the vac power...at less cost.
