Water better than bottled.
We just installed this filter system in our kitchen sink, we've had the pur faucet filters for about a year now and i don't think we are goinge back. We did the inital 5min flush for both kitchen faucet and drinking faucet, the first glass after that was amazing. In our experience the water was oderless and tasted better than bottled water. Instalatin was not too bad just had to find the instructions for the setup i have, then after that it took me 10 mins tops.

Tasty water without the yuck !
Just installed this ! I have alway used water filters , I love my Berkey and I love this waterdrop , not my first time with Waterdrop the taste is crisp and knowing all the yuck is out . The water flow is perfect , will slow down as the filter needs to replace also the green button will turn red so you know when to change the filter . Super easy to connect and small enough to fit my under sink products with. The green glows, turns red when need to change .

This is a great product!
I had gotten this for my mom's house. Her water has a heavily chlorinated smell and bad taste and the town regularly sends out notices on the need to filter the water before drinking. I wanted to get so simple, but that would fix the issue so she could stop buying bottles of water. I had looked through several options before deciding to try this one. It had good reviews, the installation looked simple enough, so I pulled the trigger. I received it and, even after I tried messing up the installation by disconnecting the og lines, got it hooked up. Before I go further, let me say, my mess up was due to my mind overcomplicating it...the included lines simply connect to the existing ones. Like I said, that was completely on me. Anyhow, got it installed, and...*VOILA* like magic, good water flowed! It doesn't take up any space below the sink. There is no noise from it, and, unlike those cheap ones you buy that connects directly to the faucet, the water flow starts right when you open it up...which is why I had decided to go this route as opposed to what my mom had done in the past. I haven't had to change the filter yet, but it does appear to be a simple twist design which should be easy. My only complaint, and this may be completely unfounded, is the lack of a charging port or ability to change the battery. It may be a great long term battery, but I couldn't find anything concerning this, so it is a fear of mine. But, for the price, worst case scenario, I just buy another.

Water taste/freshness is 8 out of 10
Not only was the device very easy to install but when running into a problem (sink connections weren't standard on my side of things) with the installation the company (C.S rep Olivia) remedied the situation quickly. The water quality improved instantly and it tastes even better than I was expecting coming through the pipes of a house built in 1933. d=(^.^d) will be sticking with Waterdrop for the foreseeable future. Might even order another for the other sink in my house, great value for peace of mind and freshness.

Easy to Install, Great for the price!
Easy to install (10 minutes), great tasting water! It does use a battery, and I haven't checked to see what kind, or how easy it is to replace. I'm also a bit worried about lesser known companies - will I still be able to purchase a new filter in a year or so when I need one? As cheap as this product is though, even in a worst case scenario, its still very much worth it! Again, the water tastes absolutely great. We already had good tap water, according to our annual water reports - but this removes the micro plastics, the flouride, the chlorine, etc. I highly recommend

Easy Install, Terrific Drinking Water
tl;dr; I purchased two of these to replace a competitor's units that have become difficult to find filters for. The Waterdrop 10UA Pro has produced better, to my taste at least, water and has a better design that works without getting water everywhere when changing the filters. I have had two under sink units from another manufacturer that I had to screw into the back of the cabinets under the sinks that I attached them to. At the time, this was the only way to put a good under sink unit in. After years of use, the filters for my original units has become difficult to find and the cost has gone up as well. This led me to shop around and see if there was anything else that was at least the same quality or better. Enter Waterdrop. I have a gravity fed filter from Waterdrop that I have not used yet, and I forgot that it was even from Waterdrop until after I found the 10UA Pro unit. Looking at the unit, it surprised me that more companies are not offering either an upside down mounted filter system or one like the 10UA Pro that sits on the bottom of the cabinet. No screws. Just attach the lines, twist in the filter and open the valves. Instant filtered water with perhaps the easiest installation method out there. It is quite impressive that the filter also has steel water lines instead of the inexpensive PTFE tubing that most under sink units come with. This makes the Waterdrop my new goto for places that I want a quick setup and easy to maintain filter at. I am looking forward to being able to place a towel under the 10UA Pro and remove the filter to see just how much water is actually lost. With my previous filters, there was always a lot of water that was everywhere on the towel that it was frustrating to have to remove everything under a sink prior to chaning the filter. While I have yet to do that, it looks like the Waterdrop 10UA Pro will have little loss which helps me get filters swapped faster.

Better than the ones at your local Big Box store.
This is a high quality well made filter way better than the much more expensive ones in the Big Box store. It had safety Clips to help keep the water lines plugged in and even a clamp down safety nut on the line that goes to your water source so it don't blow off from the pressure. Also the tubing is 3/8 in instead of one quarter like all the ones that have been available before and that means very high low. I only got the 10 which is not as good of filtration as the 15 and yet it tastes great.

Installed the Waterdrop UL12B Under Sink Water Filter a few weeks ago, and so far it’s been great having clean, filtered water straight from the tap — super convenient for drinking and cooking. I love that there was no drilling required and installation was relatively easy with the twist-and-lock design. It does take up a bit of space under the sink, though, so just keep that in mind if you have a smaller cabinet. The water tastes noticeably better — no chlorine taste or weird aftertaste — and I like knowing it filters out PFAS, lead, and other contaminants. Note: it doesn’t reduce TDS, which is actually a good thing because it keeps essential minerals like magnesium and calcium in the water. One feature I really like is the built-in filter replacement alert. The indicator light will turn red and beep when it’s time to change the filter, so you don’t have to guess or track it manually. Just be aware that the filter lasts up to 11,000 gallons or about 12 months, depending on usage. Overall, this is a great, compact under-sink filter for anyone looking for better-tasting, safer water without the hassle of a more complicated system.

Did a before and after taste test of the water and can instantly taste and smell the difference. 100% worth the money. Very easy to install as well.

This under sink water filter system was extremely easy to set up. The installation took about an hour, but I managed to hook it up to the water line without needing any professional help. The kit came with all the necessary parts, and the instructions were easy to follow, making the process easier than I expected. Even with no plumbing experience, I was able to put everything together. The filter itself is compact and doesn’t take up too much space under the sink. The water dispenser looks pretty standard, similar to others I’ve used, but it works smoothly and feels solid. It blends in well with my sink setup, so I don’t mind the simple design. The water quality in my area is already quite good, but I wanted extra protection, and this system delivers. It removes chemicals like chlorine, lead, and PFAS, giving me peace of mind when drinking or cooking. The water tastes clean and crisp, with no strange odors or aftertaste. The filter lasts up to 11,000 gallons, so I won’t have to worry about frequent replacements. For the price and convenience, this system is worth it. It’s a reliable, high quality filter that improves water quality without the hassle of complicated installation or ongoing maintenance. I’m really happy with it and would recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable, effective under sink filter system.

I recently installed the Waterdrop UL12B Under Sink Water Filter System in my kitchen, and I’m genuinely impressed with how well it works. The standout feature for me was the no-drilling-required installation. It was super straightforward, and I didn't need any specialized tools—just a quick connection to my cold water line and the included faucet. It only took about 30 minutes to set up, and everything fit perfectly. What I really love about this system is its performance. The water tastes so much fresher and cleaner now. It effectively reduces PFAS, lead, chlorine, and bad tastes and odors—issues I never even realized were affecting my drinking water before. I use it for everything from drinking to cooking, and the difference is noticeable, especially in the taste. The system can filter up to 11,000 gallons, which means I don't have to worry about frequent replacements. Plus, the filter has a built-in indicator that alerts me when it’s time to change, making maintenance easy. The compact design also saves space under the sink, and I appreciate that the filter stays securely in place. If you're looking for a hassle-free, reliable water filtration system that provides great-tasting, clean water, the Waterdrop UL12B is a fantastic option. I feel much more confident about the quality of the water in my home, and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants an easy and effective solution for better water quality.
