Very sturdy & easy to adjust positions. make sure when the knob pin clicks in the holes to adjust the seat or recline then you tighten the knob by turning it to the right till tightens. please put the SAFETY PIN in once the bench is open fully. Once I got use to setting my bench up it takes me 1minute. It's a bit heavy for a young lady to move it around since there are no handles. Its 34 lbs. Beware of the people who say the welds may break. Just like saying the sky may fall. I am a welder on I beams; the welds are strong enough for it use. Strong enough for workouts, comfortable enough to use for a long period of time. Easy instructions and all tools included to build. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because of the "Flat storage" feature it supposedly has. I build it exactly as the instructions says it to but yet whenever I fold it up, it does not go as flat as pictured. Idk if I'm doing something wrong but either way it doesn't go as flat as promised. Its also a hassle to adjust/flatten to store due to the mechanisms requires screwing. Every. Single. Time. Like I get it, I didn't expect to get a whole Gym style adjust on the fly type bench for the price but come on, I expected something easier than having to screw it up/down every time I need to try something different. All in all I am happy with my purchase. But its not worth full price.
