But it is a very cheap and poorly made set. One large one is brokeb** A: I love these at first hated them because the pump isn't as strong as the professional one but I gave it away to crossfit bought the blue expensive one and horrible painful the pump works better but I had no pain relief with the professional 35 brand in blue because the plastic was just too thick so I bought this again. You just have to pump harder and they come off easier btw because the plastic is softer but for pain relief and muscle knots it really works just don't get carried away pumping because you will bleed. Very durable. Several different cup sizes and they are easy to clean. I use cocoa butter and the massage effectiveness is great. They are comfortable and the pain relief is instant!
