The devise is very light. The instructions say to charge at least 6 hours before first use. I think they mean before every use. There was a big difference in the suction power from when it had been charging for 2 hours versus over night. The suction is VERY strong.I don't feel like the instructions were detailed enough. Do I use each tip provided (4) every time I use this or just use the ones I think I might need? There is no phone number to call. Reading the instructions is pretty funny as they were not translated properly but you can understand what point they are trying to make. I'm going to keep using this 2 times a week and if I see good results I'll change the review to 4 star. I might just save my money and buy a higher priced one that has customer service. Or, even better, a instructional video.My skin was much softer the next day. The very first time I used it I did get bruising on my chin.
