This thing is great. I have a denture that was covered with scale from plaque, to the point where I was thinking about replacing it (at a cost of thousands). It was really ugly. I bought this product and a descaling product, and after only about 3-4 soaks of ten minutes, all of the scale was gone. My denture looks like brand new. No exaggeration. Saved me a bunch of money. I love it. A sold 10.

The 10 minute option with ultraviolet is a pulse option, so it's not even a full 10 minute clean. It heats the water up past room temp. Two 5 minute cleaning, even 10 minutes a part, heat up the water even more. It's rather loud as well and makes me wonder if it's really ultrasonic. It cleans, but not nearly as well as I had hoped. I'd still want to at least lightly brush my aligners using this once. I'm thinking of getting a more expensive, well known brand to test against this one. Oh, finally the toothbrush slots in the top are too small to insert regular sized toothbrushes from the top, so you have to open it up and then stick the handle through from the lid's bottom. I wish there was a way to know of the ultraviolet light was actually working or is just purple light.

I was very impressed at how well it cleans. I used it when I got it and it was amazing! Best decision I made to get one!

Purchased in January 2025 and used daily to clean two dental appliances. Worked fine until October 2025, when the UV stopped working and displayed the error code "E05." Disappointed that it stopped working correctly after 9 months.

Worked until three days after the return window, worked great until it just would not turn on any longer. Buyer beware.

Mine quite working after 4 months...will not purchase this brand again.

Instructions are lazy and very useful “put solution here” WHAT solution!?! My retainers are barely cleaner and I have no idea it is because I am doing something wrong because support and directions are very sub par. Will have to return it if they can’t provide more details. I will change my review if I get different results.
