This chocolate bar is a real treat. I have such a sweet tooth and often want '"just a little something". These are big enough to break into pieces and taste great. It's crunchy and very chocolatey. The calorie count is only 210 and one bar can last 2-3 days.

Well done quest. The bars have come a long way. This snack checks all the marks: sweet, but not too sweet. Chocolatey. Texture variation. I will be ordering again.

The sprinkles fall off but the taste is good. If you are a chocolate lover it definitely is overloaded but in a good way! While the calorie to protein ratio was better, perhaps better ingredients would do the trick. Overall pair it with good quality plan Greek yogurt, a mozzarella stick, or other high protein item that wouldn’t add a ton of calories and even things out.

They taste great, and help me hit my protein and fiber goals every day.

Quest Hero Bars have been my all-time favorite protein bar due to their high protein to calorie ratio, low total calorie count, and crispy texture. When Quest Overload Bars came along, I was skeptical Quest had developed anything better than the Hero Bar. I figured I’d wait until the Overload Bars hit stores, and try one to see. However, between the great reviews and limited time low price on Amazon, I was convinced to just go ahead and order a few packages of them from Amazon. It was kind of a mistake. I should have saved my money for more Hero Bars. I ordered a box of the chocolate and a box of the cookie flavor. I tried the cookie first. I’d say it gets a 3.5, not much better than a “normal” protein bar. Fortunately the chocolate redeemed things a little. It really tastes chocolatey, in a way that no other protein bar has delivered. It gets a 4.5. With higher calories, unremarkable flavor and texture, and no increased protein, these Overload Bars just aren’t it for me. If you really want some variety, or you don’t like Quest Hero Bars, try the new Overload Bars. Otherwise, stick with the Hero Bars.

I am on a high protein diet. I’ve tried innumerable protein bars and for the money and the flavor, Quest are the best. In the pantheon of Quest flavors, the Double Chocolate Chunk is my favorite. So much so I feel deprived when I have a different flavor. They are a little chewy, loaded with chocolate chunks, and really filling. These are my go-to quick breakfast or lunch.

Great product. Very good taste for quick meal

I really liked the flavor. A little denser and chewier than the cookie commotion, but not by much. The best comparison for the texture is a Little Debbie Brownie and similar in taste, but not as sweet. Definitely be keeping these on hand to satisfy a chocolate craving.
