Micro Ingredients Pure Methylated B Complex Vitamins, 240 Capsules

My husband and I are halfway through the first bottle of the 2-pack we ordered. We started out taking 1 capsule a day in the morning for about a month. We had no idea how much stronger our body would react to finally having a methylated B complex. We only recently found out we both genetically had a condition where we need methylated vitamins. Methylated multivitamins are expensive, so our doctor suggested we start with a B complex. I found this one and trusted the brand as we have used them before years ago with great results for a different product. I am glad my husband said we should probably ease into these with one in the morning for 2-4 weeks before we did the full 2 capsule dose each morning. He said it is what our shared primary care doctor recommended to do as well. (Everyone's body is different. Follow your own doctor's advice please) We are two weeks into taking the recommended 2 capsules a day each morning. Slowly we are both starting to feel our energy levels get better. We know this is part of the reason. This supplement is part of a mix of supplements we each take under the supervision of our primary care doctor and a specialist for my husband. Our health conditions mean that we will both have to take this long term and it will take a while to get our stored B vitamin levels up to normal ranges on our blood test. It hasn't caused any GI digestive issues, which is great because my husband's digestive system is as easy to anger as a mound of army ants and just as vicious to him, poor guy. The size of the pills are perfect too. They are much smaller than we expected which is great. We both hate taking giant capsules for medications and supplements.

I found out through a medical provider's test that I don't absorb B vitamins like most people do so have to take methylated folate and B-12. I had a deficiency for years without knowing why. Doctors basically ignored it or offered B-12 shots. After taking this for a year, my levels are great and I feel great. It's the only thing that brough my B-12 up. You take two small capsules per day, and each bottle lasts for months.

Excellent product, priced well

These really helped me with my energy since I have the MTHFR gene and B vitamins didn't do much for me before. Taking these daily helped my mood and energy levels (not like a buzz just not completely lethargic). No stomach issues or anything like that. That smell though... I don't know if it is a brand issue or that's just how methylated vitamins smell, but hold your nose when you take them.

Ok I never write reviews but this stuff is incredible. I’m using it for my endometriosis which I’ve suffered from since I was 12. Painful periods, terrible cramps, the works. I started taking this, my period was light, almost no pain, I thought it was a fluke? Nope, it regulated me and I could not be happier. Will update the review if anything changes but been taking it about 20 days now and really liking it. I do not care that it smells kinda earthy, I would have done anything to get my endometriosis to calm down and this did it.
