As a man in his 60's who's run triathlons for many years, lifted weights and kettlebells and watched my diet and taken supplements, I notice almost immediately if something works (or not). My testosterone levels have decreased with age and as a result my muscle mass began to as well. I noticed my energy levels began to drop and my desire for sex as well. After trying ginseng, astragalus, goji berries etc I felt some energy levels come back but then a friend recommended Raw forest products and as soon as I tried pine pollen I was sold! I have more endurance and desire and my muscle mass began to increase ( with accompanying weight loss). It's taken some experimentation to find the right dose, too much and I start to get aggressive and find it hard to relax, too little and there's little noticable effect. Also, my beard is growing faster! For older males this might be an answer to diminishing energy levels just don't take too much! It seems to last 2 or 3 days so l only take it 2-3x A week but you'll have to work that out for yourself. Customer service at Raw Forrest Foods is excellent although it might take a couple days to phone you back.
