At our old home we had a 10,000 BTU unit, but when we moved into our new home it was so large it didn't fit into the window we needed it to. I was nervous we wouldn't find a 10,000 BTU that would fit, but this one was the perfect size. Fits into our smaller window great and cools off the room fast when put on high fan speed. Noise is similar to our old one, so it doesn't bother us. So far, it's been just what we needed! The app let's me check how how efficient it's running and check how much electricity it's using.
